Short answer

The right Winnr alternative depends on what you want that Winnr doesn't give you. Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inboxes: Puzzle Inbox, Primeforge, Cheap Inboxes, Premium Inboxes, LiteMail, Zapmail, InboxKit or Hypertide. A lower price per mailbox: Puzzle Inbox's Outlook inboxes, InboxKit's Azure tenants, Inframail or Maildoso (check each one's daily sending limit before comparing). Dedicated servers or IPs: Infraforge, Mailreef or Mission Inbox. Pre-warmed: several of the Google inbox providers sell them, and so does Winnr. Done for you: Premium Inboxes or Puzzle Inbox. If you want low-cost SMTP mailboxes with public pricing, monthly billing, an API and a pre-warmed marketplace, Winnr is still a good fit.

Disclosure: Winnr publishes this page. Every competitor fact below comes from that provider's own website, checked on October 6, 2026, and is linked at the bottom. Where a provider is a better choice than Winnr, we say so.

What you would be replacing

Winnr sells SMTP/IMAP mailboxes for cold email on its own sending infrastructure, not Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 accounts. The pricing is public:

Winnr recommends 10 to 20 cold emails per mailbox per day (15 by default). Billing is monthly with no annual contract, and if you ask, Winnr refunds your most recent month, which also backs a 90% deliverability guarantee. There is no free trial: you can create an account without a card, but mailboxes need a paid plan. On Trustpilot, Winnr is rated 4.7 from 26 reviews as of October 6, 2026 (see reviews).

If you want Google Workspace inboxes

This is the most common reason to look past Winnr. Google Workspace inboxes send through Google's network, carry its reputation, and let your team work in Gmail. They cost more per mailbox, usually allow about 3 inboxes per domain, and are subject to Google's own rules on cold outreach. Our Google Workspace alternative page lays out that trade-off in full. If you have decided you want Google, the options differ mostly in price model and how much is done for you:

If you want Microsoft inboxes

Microsoft options split into standard Microsoft 365 seats and high-density Azure setups that put many inboxes on one domain at a low per-inbox price and low daily volume.

Our article on Azure inboxes explains the risks of packing many inboxes onto one domain, and Microsoft 365 for cold email in 2026 covers recent changes.

If you want the lowest price per mailbox

Several providers undercut Winnr on price per mailbox. The catch is usually a lower daily send limit per mailbox, so here is the same 1,000-mailbox order on each, with the daily figure each provider publishes:

1,000 mailboxes onMonthlyPer mailboxPublished daily guidance per mailbox
InboxKit Azure (10 tenants)$300$0.30Not published; its warmup ramps from 2 to 40 a day
Puzzle Inbox Outlook Standard$350$0.353 cold + 3 warmup
Inframail Agency Pack$387$0.3950 listed as the safe limit; plan lists 300,000 cold emails a month
Maildoso$499$0.50Up to 15
Winnr$989$0.9910 to 20 cold, 15 by default
Hypertide Entra (40 domains)$1,000$1.00About 4 (100 per domain per business day)
Mailforge$2,109$2.1130 recommended (max 100)

On cost per email, Maildoso at 15 a day comes to about $33 per 1,000 daily sends, cheaper than Winnr's $66 at the same 15 a day. Inframail's $387 plan, taken at its own figure of 300,000 cold emails a month, is also cheaper than Winnr per email. Puzzle Inbox's Outlook inboxes work out to about $117 and Hypertide Entra to about $250. If the absolute lowest SMTP price at 1,000 mailboxes is the goal, Maildoso is cheaper than Winnr. At the small end it is the other way round: Maildoso's smallest published package is $75 for 30 mailboxes, against $69 for 50 on Winnr (Maildoso lists other package sizes inside its app). See Winnr vs Maildoso for the details.

If you want dedicated IPs or servers

If you want pre-warmed mailboxes

If you want another SMTP provider

If SMTP suits you but you want a different provider, the closest like-for-like options are Mailforge ($3 per mailbox at 50, $2.90 at 200, $2.10 at 1,000, monthly, with .com domains at $14/year and a recommended 30 emails per mailbox per day) and Maildoso ($75 for 30, $225 for 300, $499 for 1,000). Mailforge suits teams already on Salesforge; Maildoso is cheapest at 1,000. At 50 and 200 mailboxes, Winnr costs less than Mailforge ($150 and $581 a month) and less than Maildoso's published packages. Our SMTP for cold email page explains how SMTP infrastructure compares with Google and Microsoft.

When Winnr is and isn't the right choice

Look elsewhere if

  • You need Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 accounts specifically
  • You only need 10 to 20 mailboxes (several Google inbox providers are cheaper at that size)
  • You want a team to do all setup on a small plan
  • You want 24/7 chat support on an entry plan
  • You want an annual discount
  • You need 1,000+ SMTP mailboxes at the lowest possible price

Winnr fits if

  • You want SMTP mailboxes at $1.38 or less each with public pricing
  • You want monthly billing and a refund of the latest month if you ask
  • You want to automate everything through a REST API or MCP server
  • You want pre-warmed mailboxes at $3/address, cancel anytime
  • You want up to 10 mailboxes per domain and one-time domain purchases
  • You want a universal inbox and optional dedicated IPs in one place

Frequently asked questions

What is the best Winnr alternative?

It depends on what you want that Winnr does not offer. For Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inboxes, look at Puzzle Inbox, Primeforge, Cheap Inboxes, Premium Inboxes, LiteMail, Zapmail, InboxKit or Hypertide. For another SMTP provider, Mailforge and Maildoso. For dedicated servers and IPs, Infraforge, Mailreef and Mission Inbox. For a done-for-you service, Premium Inboxes or Puzzle Inbox.

Is there a cheaper alternative to Winnr?

Per mailbox, yes. As of October 2026, Puzzle Inbox's Outlook inboxes are $0.35 each, InboxKit's Azure tenants are $30/month for up to 100 mailboxes, Inframail's $387 plan is recommended for up to 1,000 mailboxes, and Maildoso is $499/month for 1,000 mailboxes. Per email sent the picture is mixed. Puzzle Inbox's Outlook inboxes are capped at 3 cold emails a day, so they cost more per email than Winnr. Maildoso's 15 a day matches Winnr's default, so at 1,000 mailboxes it costs about half as much per email. Compare cost per send, not just cost per mailbox.

Does Winnr offer Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inboxes?

No. Winnr sells SMTP/IMAP mailboxes on its own sending infrastructure. If you need Google or Microsoft accounts, use one of the providers on this page, or run them alongside Winnr: many teams send to Google and Microsoft hosted prospects from those inboxes and run the rest of their volume on SMTP.

Is Winnr legit?

Winnr is run by Winnr Software LLC and publishes its prices, help center and API documentation openly. As of October 6, 2026 it is rated 4.7 on Trustpilot from 26 reviews. See Winnr reviews for more.

Can I move from Winnr to another provider, or the other way?

Yes. Domains you connect to Winnr stay yours, and you can export mailbox credentials as CSV for 20+ sequencers. Coming the other way, connecting domains you already own to Winnr is free: you point the nameservers or add the DNS records yourself.

Why does Winnr publish a page about its own alternatives?

Because people search for it, and the pages that currently answer that search are mostly written by competitors. We would rather give you the facts each provider publishes, with dates and sources, and let you decide.
