Why pre-warmed

Reputation takes time. This skips the wait.

You can register a domain in minutes and create mailboxes in seconds, but a new mailbox still needs two to four weeks of warming before it can carry real cold email volume. Mailbox providers judge senders on behavior over time, and there is no way to speed that clock up.

The pre-warmed marketplace is Winnr's answer. We age domains and warm their mailboxes in our own inventory, monitor them while they warm, and list the ones that stay clean. When you buy, the domain and its mailboxes move into your account with DNS already configured, and you can start a campaign the same day.

A pre-warmed domain is not a shortcut around good sending practice. It gives you a domain with age and a clean warming history. Your list quality, copy and daily volume decide what happens next.

What every listing shows you

You see the evidence before you buy, on every row of the marketplace.

Aged domains

Each listing shows the domain's registration date and age. A trophy marks domains that are six months or older. Age is one of the slowest signals to build, and it is the reason these domains exist.

Mailboxes already warmed

Most listings come with 5 warmed addresses. The Warming column shows how many days they have been warming, and 30 days counts as fully warmed.

Health score, 0 to 100

The average of the domain's mailbox warming reputation scores, updated daily while it is in inventory. 80 and above shows green, 60 to 79 yellow, under 60 red. How it is calculated.

Live blocklist checks

Click the shield on any row to check the domain against 9 domain blocklists, including Spamhaus DBL, SURBL and Invaluement. Unsold inventory is rechecked daily and listed domains are taken off sale.

Real warming stats

Warmup emails sent, replies received, and emails the warming network moved out of spam. Filter by health, age, warming days, blocklist status and TLD, and sort by any column.

DNS already done

SPF, DKIM and DMARC are set up and already in use. Winnr manages the domain's DNS, so there is nothing to configure before you export credentials.

How it works

From browsing to sending in one sitting

The purchase is all-or-nothing: if the charge fails, no domain is added and nothing is charged.

Browse and filter

Open Pre-warmed in the app sidebar. Filter by health, domain age, warming days, blocklist status and TLD, and run a live blocklist check on anything you like.

Pick your addresses

Keep the warmed addresses or create custom ones, with at least 3 per domain. Buy one domain or tick several and buy them in a single order.

Export and send

The first month is charged at purchase. Kept addresses are ready within seconds and custom ones within a few minutes. Export credentials to your sequencer and start.

Read before you buy

What pre-warmed does not include

Ongoing warming. Warming stops at handover and the mailboxes are delivered ready to send. You can turn it on afterwards at $0.60/mailbox/month, on top of the $3 per address.
Permanent ownership. You have full use of the domain while you keep it, but it stays a Winnr marketplace domain. If you cancel, it returns to Winnr. If you want domains that are permanently yours, buy them through Domains in the app.
An open-ended lifespan. Each pre-warmed domain has a fixed registration end date. By default it is retired at that date and its billing stops, with emails ahead of time. To keep your pre-warmed domains past it, turn on auto-renewal in Settings.
Removing single mailboxes. Mailboxes on a pre-warmed domain go together. Cancelling the domain releases all of them at once.
A guarantee about your results. The health score is a snapshot of warming reputation at sale. It says nothing about your list or your copy, and sending to a bad list will hurt any domain.

Pre-warmed domains: common questions

What is a pre-warmed domain?

An aged domain whose mailboxes have already been warmed before you buy it. Winnr ages and warms these domains in its own inventory, monitors their health and blocklist status, and sells them with SPF, DKIM and DMARC already set up, so you can send the same day instead of warming new mailboxes for two to four weeks.

How much do pre-warmed mailboxes cost?

$3 per address per month. The domain has no separate charge. Each domain needs at least 3 addresses, so the smallest purchase is $9 a month. The first month is charged at purchase, and your pre-warmed addresses then renew together each month.

Is there a minimum term?

No. Cancel any pre-warmed domain at any time from the Domains page. Its mailboxes are removed immediately and your billing drops by those addresses at the next renewal. The current month is not prorated automatically. See Cancel a pre-warmed purchase.

Do I need a Winnr plan to buy pre-warmed mailboxes?

No. Pre-warmed mailboxes are billed on their own monthly subscription and work with or without a base plan. You only need a card on file. They also don't count against a plan's mailbox or domain limits.

Can I choose my own email addresses?

Yes. Choose Create Custom Addresses in the purchase wizard and enter a first and last name for each mailbox (first.last@domain), 3 to 10 per domain. The new mailboxes inherit the domain's reputation but have no warming history of their own. See custom addresses.

Is warming included after I buy?

No. Warming stops at handover and the mailboxes are delivered ready to send. You can turn it on for any of them at the standard $0.60 per mailbox per month.

Do I own the domain?

Which sending tools work with pre-warmed mailboxes?

The same ones as any Winnr mailbox. Export SMTP and IMAP credentials in your tool's format (Instantly, Smartlead, EmailBison and 18 others) or as a generic CSV.

Can I buy through the API or an AI assistant?

Yes. The API has endpoints to browse, buy and cancel pre-warmed domains, and the Winnr MCP server can buy them for you after quoting the exact price and getting your confirmation.
