Quick answer

Every pre-warmed marketplace purchase has a 90-day minimum term. You're charged $3/address/month for 3 months minimum. After the 90-day mark, you can cancel any time and billing stops the next cycle. Cancellation isn't retroactive during the term — you pay the full 90 days regardless of when you stop sending.

Timeline

Day 0 — purchase. First month's charge runs. Domain and mailboxes appear in your account.

Day 30 — second month billed. On your normal subscription renewal cycle.

Day 60 — third month billed. Same as above.

Day 90 — minimum term ends. From now on, you can cancel any time. Cancellation stops billing at the next cycle.

Day 91+ — ongoing subscription. $3/address/month continues automatically until you cancel.

What you can and can't do during the term

During the 90-day term you can: - Send from the mailboxes at any volume you want. - Enable or disable Winnr's warming as reputation maintenance. - Add custom mailboxes to the domain (subject to the 10-per-domain cap). - Deleting individual mailboxes isn't available on pre-warmed domains — the mailbox set is released only when you cancel the whole domain (after day 90).

You can't (until day 90): - Cancel the pre-warmed subscription line and stop billing. - Return the domain for a refund.

What the term means for your budget

If you buy 10 pre-warmed mailboxes at $3/mo, you're committing to 10 × $3 × 3 months = $90 minimum spend. If they perform well, the ongoing $30/month is worth it. If they don't, you're on the hook through day 90.

Buy conservatively at first. Try 3-5 mailboxes, see how they perform in your workflow, then scale up if it works.

Frequently asked questions

Why is there a minimum term?

Pre-warmed domains cost Winnr to age and warm. The 90-day term ensures customers who buy pre-warmed intend to use the domain, not test it for a week and dump it. Keeps prices at $3/address/month instead of higher.

What if I need to cancel before 90 days?

You can't fully cancel — the domain remains billed until day 90. You can stop sending at any time, but you'll still owe the remaining monthly charges through day 90. Individual mailboxes can't be deleted on pre-warmed domains; the whole domain is cancelled as one unit after day 90.

Can I "return" a pre-warmed domain?

Not for a refund. And it doesn't return on its own — nothing happens automatically when the term ends. To stop billing and hand the domain back to inventory, you have to actively cancel it after day 90.

What if the domain gets blocklisted through no fault of mine?

Contact support@winnr.app. If it's truly not caused by your sending — e.g., a shared IP issue — Winnr may offer a replacement domain at no charge.

When can I cancel?

Any time after day 90. See [Cancel a pre-warmed purchase](/help/marketplace/cancel-prewarmed.html) for the flow.
