There is no minimum term on pre-warmed marketplace purchases. You're charged $3/address/month on your normal billing cycle and you can cancel any domain at any time; billing stops at the next cycle. Pre-warmed domains are aged assets with a fixed registration lifespan. When a domain approaches end of life, Winnr emails you two weeks ahead, then retires it automatically and stops its billing.
Billing, in one paragraph
You pay a flat $3 per address per month, added to your existing Winnr subscription and billed on your normal renewal cycle. The domain itself carries no separate charge when it holds 3 or more addresses. There is no minimum term: cancel any pre-warmed domain whenever you want and its billing drops at the next cycle. No proration for the cycle you cancel in, and no refunds for time already billed.
The lifespan of a pre-warmed domain
Aged domains are the whole point of the marketplace — reputation comes from history, and history means the domain was registered a while ago. It also means every pre-warmed domain has a fixed registration life.
Here's what happens as a domain you own approaches end of life:
Two weeks out. You get an email naming the domain and its retirement date. Wind down any campaigns sending from it and export anything you need.
At end of life. The domain and its mailboxes are retired from your account automatically, and billing for those addresses stops at the same moment. Sending tools using those mailboxes will fail auth from then on. Your other domains and mailboxes are untouched.
You never need to do anything to stop the billing on a retired domain — it stops on its own, and the retirement is recorded on our side.
Budgeting
With no minimum term, the math is simple: 10 pre-warmed mailboxes at $3/mo cost $30 for every month you keep them, starting with a first month charged at purchase. If they perform, keep them; if they don't, cancel and you're done at the end of that cycle.
Buy conservatively at first. Try 3-5 mailboxes, see how they perform in your workflow, then scale up if it works.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. The old 90-day minimum term was removed in August 2026. Every pre-warmed purchase is month to month, cancel any time.
I bought before the change. Does my old 90-day term still apply?
No. The minimum term was removed for all pre-warmed domains, including ones bought before the change. You can cancel any pre-warmed domain today.
What does "domain lifespan" mean?
Pre-warmed domains are aged domains, which is exactly where their deliverability value comes from. Each one has a fixed registration life. When it ends, the domain stops working everywhere, so Winnr retires it from your account and stops its billing automatically. You get an email two weeks ahead so you can wind down campaigns.
Will I keep paying for a domain that expired?
No. Retirement and the billing stop happen together, automatically. You will not be charged for a retired domain's addresses again.
What if the domain gets blocklisted through no fault of mine?
Contact support@winnr.app. If it's truly not caused by your sending — e.g., a shared IP issue — Winnr may offer a replacement domain at no charge.
When can I cancel?
Any time. See [Cancel a pre-warmed purchase](/help/marketplace/cancel-prewarmed.html) for the flow.
