There is no minimum term on pre-warmed purchases. You pay $3 per address per month on its own monthly subscription (no base plan needed), with the first month charged at purchase. Cancel any domain at any time and its billing drops at the next renewal. Each pre-warmed domain has a fixed registration end date. By default Winnr retires it at that date and stops its billing automatically. If you want to keep your pre-warmed domains, turn on auto-renewal in Settings → Subscription.
Billing, in one paragraph
You pay a flat $3 per address per month. Pre-warmed billing runs on its own monthly subscription, separate from any Winnr plan, so you can buy pre-warmed mailboxes with or without a base plan. The first month is charged the moment you buy. After that, all of your pre-warmed addresses renew together each month. Addresses you add later (another domain, or an extra mailbox on a pre-warmed domain) are charged a full first month when you add them and then renew with the rest. The domain itself carries no separate charge, since every pre-warmed domain comes with at least 3 addresses. There is no minimum term: cancel any pre-warmed domain whenever you want and its billing drops at the next renewal. There's no proration and no refund for the month you cancel in.

Separate from your plan limits
Pre-warmed domains and mailboxes are their own pool:
- They don't count against your plan's email user limit.
- They don't use your domain slots.
- Cancelling or changing your base plan doesn't touch your pre-warmed subscription, and the reverse is also true.
The lifespan of a pre-warmed domain
Aged domains are the point of the marketplace. Reputation comes from history, and history means the domain was registered a while ago. It also means every pre-warmed domain has a fixed registration end date.
Here's what happens as a domain you own approaches that date.
If auto-renewal is off (the default):
- About 60 days out. You get an email listing your pre-warmed domains that are coming up for renewal, the date for each, and what auto-renewal would cost. It includes a one-click link to turn auto-renewal on.
- About 30 days out. One reminder, with the same link.
- About 14 days out. A final notice that the domain will be retired and its billing will stop. Wind down any campaigns sending from it and export anything you need.
- At the end date. The domain and its mailboxes are removed from your account and billing for those addresses stops at the same moment. Sending tools using those mailboxes will fail to log in from then on. Your other domains and mailboxes are untouched.
If auto-renewal is on:
About 7 days before the end date, Winnr charges your card the renewal fee and renews the domain for another year, then emails you a receipt. Budgeting
With no minimum term, the math is simple: 10 pre-warmed mailboxes at $3/mo cost $30 for every month you keep them, starting with a first month charged at purchase. If they perform, keep them. If they don't, cancel and billing drops at the next renewal. If you plan to keep a domain past its registration end date, add the yearly auto-renewal fee for that domain.
Buy conservatively at first. Try 3-5 mailboxes, see how they perform in your workflow, then scale up if it works.

Update your card in Settings. If the payment is still outstanding after 3 days, your pre-warmed domains are paused until it's paid. After 14 days unpaid they are removed from your account. Your other domains are not affected.
