Quick answer

Four add-ons. Warming — $0.60 per mailbox per month, per mailbox with warming on. Email-user credits — extra mailboxes beyond your plan cap, $1 per mailbox per month. Dedicated IPs — $20/IP/month, Enterprise only. Pre-warmed marketplace — $3 per address per month for aged, warmed mailboxes. Each add-on is a separate subscription line so cancelling one doesn't affect the others.

The four add-ons in detail

Warming — $0.60/mailbox/month

Only billed for mailboxes with warming enabled. Prorated on partial months. Turn warming off to stop billing on that specific mailbox from the next cycle.

Best for — new mailboxes during their first 2-3 weeks. Optional reputation maintenance beyond that.

Email-user credits — $1/mailbox/month

Extra mailbox capacity beyond your plan's base cap. Startup gives 50 base; credits add on top additively.

Best for — customers who need +5 to +50 mailboxes but where a full plan upgrade isn't worth it.

Manage from Settings → Subscription → Email User Credits.

Dedicated IPs — $20/IP/month (Enterprise only)

Isolates your sending reputation from Winnr's shared IP pool. Best for — high-volume senders (5,000+/day) or customers whose reputation was previously damaged.

Adding a dedicated IP takes 1-3 days (IP warmup period included).

Pre-warmed marketplace — $3/address/month

Aged, warmed mailboxes ready to send from day one. Live on a separate mailbox pool (doesn't count against your plan's mailbox cap).

90-day minimum term at purchase. See Pre-warmed marketplace.

Frequently asked questions

Can I add multiple add-ons at once?

Yes. Add-ons stack independently. You can have warming on 50 mailboxes ($30/mo), 20 pre-warmed addresses ($60/mo), and 2 dedicated IPs ($40/mo) all on top of Enterprise ($189/mo).

When are add-ons billed?

Same cycle as your base plan. All add-on charges appear on the same invoice, itemized.

Can I cancel an add-on without cancelling everything?

Yes. Each add-on is a separate subscription line — cancel any one from Settings → Subscription without touching the others.

What about prorated add-ons?

Enabling an add-on mid-cycle prorates the charge (fraction of the month remaining). Disabling stops billing from the next cycle.

Are add-on prices the same on Startup and Enterprise?

Yes — same pricing on both plans. Dedicated IPs are the only exception; they're only available on Enterprise.
