$0.60 per active mailbox per month. Billed on the same invoice as your Winnr subscription (Startup $69/mo or Enterprise $189/mo). Prorated when you enable mid-cycle. Disabling warming stops billing from the next cycle — you're not charged for a partial month after disabling. Pausing does NOT stop billing: a paused mailbox is still counted, so use Disable if you want the charge to stop.
The math
Warming cost = (# of mailboxes with warming enabled) × $0.60 × (# of months)
Examples:
- 10 mailboxes, warming for 3 weeks then off → 10 × $0.60 × 1 month = $6 (billed in full for the current month).
- 50 mailboxes, warming continuously → 50 × $0.60 = $30/month, ongoing.
- 200 mailboxes, warming continuously → 200 × $0.60 = $120/month.
What you're paying for
Warming is where Winnr's infrastructure works hardest:
- Sending and receiving warmup emails through a dedicated warming network
- Reply generation with realistic content
- Reputation signals — opens, forwards, no-spam actions
- Health score computation and metrics
- Ongoing tuning based on provider (Gmail/Outlook/etc.) behavior
$0.60/mailbox/month covers all of it.
When warming is worth the cost
Rule of thumb — warming pays for itself the first month if it lifts inbox rate by more than 5%:
- Unwarmed new mailbox at 40% inbox rate on 30/day = 12 emails to inbox = 12 potential opens
- Warmed new mailbox at 85% inbox rate on 30/day = 25 emails to inbox = 25 potential opens
Nearly doubling reach for $0.60/month is one of the cheapest deliverability wins available.
Reducing warming cost
- Warm only new mailboxes, then disable. 2-3 weeks per new mailbox, then off. Ongoing warming is optional insurance.
- Disable for aged, already-clean mailboxes. Mailboxes that have been sending for months without issues don't need warming.
- Bulk-disable when winding down a campaign. Filter by tag, bulk disable — stops billing immediately for the next cycle.

Is warming included in my base plan?
No — the Startup ($69/mo) and Enterprise ($189/mo) plans include mailbox creation, sending, and inbox sync. Warming is an optional add-on at $0.60/mailbox/month.
When am I charged for warming?
On the same billing cycle as your subscription. Whatever mailboxes have warming enabled at the start of the cycle get billed. Mid-cycle enables are prorated.
What if I only warm for 2 weeks then turn it off?
You're billed for the current cycle in full (no partial refund for turning off mid-cycle). The next cycle skips the charge.
Does pausing warming stop billing?
No — pause preserves the mailbox in warming and billing continues. Use Disable to stop billing.
What if I have 100 mailboxes but only warm 20?
You're charged for the 20. Warming billing is per mailbox with warming enabled — not per mailbox created.
Is there a volume discount?
