SMTP/IMAP email accounts, domains and warming for cold email. Two plans, billed monthly, with no annual contract. Extra email accounts are $1 each and domain slots are free.
What you pay per mailbox and per 1,000 emails at common sizes. Sending capacity assumes 50 emails per mailbox per day over a 30-day month.
| Setup | Monthly price | Per mailbox | Emails per month | Per 1,000 emails |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Startup, 50 accounts | $69 | $1.38 | 75,000 | $0.92 |
| Startup + 50 extra (100 accounts) | $119 | $1.19 | 150,000 | $0.79 |
| Startup + 120 extra (170 accounts) | $189 | $1.11 | 255,000 | $0.74 |
| Enterprise, 200 accounts | $189 | $0.95 | 300,000 | $0.63 |
| Enterprise + 100 extra (300 accounts) | $289 | $0.96 | 450,000 | $0.64 |
Which plan is cheaper? Startup plus $1 extra accounts costs less than Enterprise up to 170 mailboxes, where the two cost the same ($189). Above 170, Enterprise is cheaper, and it adds dedicated IPs, white-glove domain setup and phone, WhatsApp and Slack support.
Cold emails vs total emails. The 50 per day above is a mailbox's total, warming included. For cold email to prospects, plan on 10 to 20 per mailbox per day (15 is the usual default). At 15 cold emails a day, Startup sends about 22,500 cold emails a month (about $3.07 per 1,000) and Enterprise about 90,000 (about $2.10 per 1,000).
Typical first month on Startup: $69 plan + $30 warming on all 50 mailboxes ($0.60 each) = $99/month, plus 10 .com domains at about $13 each (about $130, paid once). Bring your own domains and the domain cost is $0.
Buy sending domains inside Winnr as a one-time purchase, or connect domains you already own for free. Winnr sets up SPF, DKIM and DMARC either way.
Buying domains. Each domain is a one-time purchase, priced per extension and shown at checkout before you buy. A .com is about $13, and some extensions cost a few dollars. Enterprise includes 5 free domain purchases.
Bringing your own. Connecting domains you already own is free, from any registrar. Point the nameservers at Winnr and it manages the DNS records, or add the records yourself at your current DNS host.
Domain slots are free. Startup starts with 10 domain slots and Enterprise with 40. They are not a paid limit: raise your slot count yourself anytime in Settings, Subscription. Each increase doubles your limit, up to 500, and you only pay for the domains you actually buy.
How many domains you need. Plan on about 5 mailboxes per domain, so 50 mailboxes fit on 10 domains and 200 on 40. If you add extra accounts, raise your slots to match. The inbox calculator works it out from your daily volume.
Pre-warmed marketplace domains don't use domain slots at all.
Turn on only what you need. Each one is billed monthly and stops when you turn it off.
Built-in warming for any mailbox, turned on with one click. Warm new mailboxes for at least 2 weeks, and closer to 4 on a brand-new domain, before cold sending. 50 mailboxes cost $30/month.
How warming works →Aged domains with mailboxes that have already been warmed, sold ready to send. Each listing shows a health score and blocklist checks. No minimum term, and they don't count against your plan's accounts or domain slots.
Browse pre-warmed domains →More mailboxes than your plan includes, on either plan. The app shows the extra cost before you confirm, and changes are prorated.
A sending IP used only by your account, available on Enterprise. Most senders do well on shared IPs. A dedicated IP suits high, steady volume or keeping mail streams separate.
No feature gating on the essentials. Both plans get the same platform.
