Email warming builds a sending history for a new mailbox by exchanging realistic emails, with replies, with a shared warming network of real mailboxes. Volume starts low and ramps up to a daily target of up to 20 warmup emails, so the mailbox has a steady, clean record before you send cold email. On Winnr it costs $0.60 per mailbox per month.

We recommend warming for at least 2 weeks, ideally 4 weeks for new domains. The smart ramp-up feature gradually increases volume so you build reputation safely. The health score shows whether warmup mail is landing in spam inside the warming network. It does not measure placement at a specific provider, so run a seed placement test before relying on a mailbox for Gmail, Microsoft, Outlook.com or Yahoo prospects. If you need to send sooner, pre-warmed mailboxes on aged domains are sold already warmed.

No. winnr's warming is fully built-in. You don't need to export CSVs, create accounts on another platform, or pay for a separate service. Everything is managed right inside your winnr dashboard.

You get full visibility: health score (0 to 100), inbox rate, spam rate, daily send/receive volume, reply counts, and a log of warming events (started, paused, resumed, connection problems). Metrics refresh every few hours, whenever you open the Warming page, and when you click Refresh. The health score and inbox rate measure spam placement inside the warming network across all its providers, not inbox placement at any one provider.

Yes. Each mailbox has its own daily volume (1 to 20 warmup emails a day, default 20) and ramp-up speed (Slow, Normal or Fast). The reply rate is fixed at 30% and managed by Winnr. You can change settings, pause and resume at any time.

$0.60 per warming mailbox per month. When you enable warming, the first month for the newly selected mailboxes is charged right away (not prorated). After that it renews with your regular billing. Pausing does not stop billing; disabling stops it from the next cycle.

Warmup sending stops and the mailbox leaves the Warming page. Billing for it stops from the next cycle, and its warming history is cleared, so re-enabling later starts fresh. To take a short break and keep the history, pause instead. Many customers disable warming after 2 to 4 weeks once real campaigns are running; others keep it on at lower volume.

Warming is an add-on for Winnr mailboxes on both plans, Startup ($69/mo) and Enterprise ($189/mo), at $0.60 per mailbox per month on the same invoice. It is not included in the plan price.
