We recommend warming for at least 2 weeks, ideally 4 weeks for new domains. The smart ramp-up feature gradually increases volume so you build reputation safely. You can monitor your health score in real time to know exactly when you're ready.

Yes! You can enable warming on multiple mailboxes at once using the bulk enable feature. Select the mailboxes you want to warm from the Warming page or from the Email Users page, set your preferred settings, and enable them all with one click.

No. winnr's warming is fully built-in. You don't need to export CSVs, create accounts on another platform, or pay for a separate service. Everything is managed right inside your winnr dashboard.

You get full visibility: health score (0-100), inbox rate, spam rate, daily send/receive volume, reply counts, and a detailed activity feed showing every warming email. Data is refreshed every 4 hours with on-demand refresh available.

Yes. Each mailbox can be configured independently with daily email volume (up to 200/day), response rate, and ramp-up speed (slow, normal, or fast). You can pause and resume at any time.

Warming stops immediately and you're no longer billed for that mailbox. The reputation your account has built remains. We recommend keeping warming running alongside cold email sending for best results.
