Go to Settings → Subscription and click Increase on the Domains card. Winnr doubles your current limit (10 → 20, 20 → 40, and so on), up to 500. It applies immediately and you can do it once every 24 hours. It's free: the limit only controls how many domains you can have, and you pay only for domains you actually buy. You need an active subscription to raise it.
Plan defaults and the ceiling
Startup starts at 10 domains and Enterprise at 40. These defaults keep new accounts from over-buying on day one. The self-serve ceiling is 500; above that, Winnr reviews the use case first.
When you actually need more
- Cold email at scale. Many mailboxes spread across many domains.
- Agencies running several clients from one account.
- AI SDR pipelines that provision new domains automatically through the API.
With Winnr's recommended 5 mailboxes per domain, your plan's included mailboxes line up with its default domain limit (50 mailboxes on 10 domains, 200 on 40). If you add email-user credits for more mailboxes, raise the domain limit to match.

A "Domain Limit Increased" dialog shows your previous and new limit. The new limit applies immediately. The next increase is available 24 hours later; until then the card shows how many hours are left.
Frequently asked questions
Why can I only increase it once a day?
It's a safeguard against runaway provisioning. If you need a bigger jump sooner, email support@winnr.app (the card links to it while you're waiting).
Can I decrease the limit later?
Not self-serve. Contact support if you want it lowered. Winnr never lowers your domain limit when you change plans; it keeps the higher of your current limit and the new plan's default, so you never lose domain capacity you already had.
Do I keep my raised limit if I cancel and resubscribe?
Yes. While your subscription is cancelled you can't add domains, but Winnr remembers the limit you had. When you resubscribe you get back the higher of that limit and your plan's default, so you don't have to raise it again.
Is there a cost to raising the limit?
No. You pay only for domains you actually add. A domain bought through Winnr is a one-time purchase; connecting a domain you already own is free.
What if I need more than 500 domains?
At 500 the card shows "Max" instead of Increase. Email support@winnr.app with your use case.
Do pre-warmed domains count against my domain limit?
No. Pre-warmed marketplace domains are a separate pool and don't use domain slots.
