Quick answer

Settings → Subscription → Increase Domain Limit. Click it and Winnr doubles your current cap (10 → 20, 20 → 40, and so on), capped at 500 total. Applies immediately. Adjustable once every 24 hours to prevent runaway limits. No extra cost — you're still on the same plan; just your cap moves.

Why the plan cap is lower than the ceiling

Startup starts at 10 domains. Enterprise starts at 40. These defaults keep customers from over-buying on day one. Most customers don't need 500 domains ever.

The 500-domain ceiling is where the app enforces a hard limit. Above that, DNS management and DNS-health-check cadence become expensive enough that Winnr wants to review the use case first.

When you actually need more

For under 30 domains, don't bother raising the cap. Sit at the default and add credits or upgrade if you need more mailboxes per domain.

Frequently asked questions

Why is there a 24-hour lockout between increases?

To prevent accidental over-provisioning. Big fleets can get expensive at the registrar level — the lockout gives you time to reconsider.

Can I decrease the limit later?

Not self-serve. Contact support if you want to drop the cap. Winnr never lowers your domain limit on its own — on any plan change (including Enterprise → Startup) it keeps the higher of your current limit and the new plan's default, so you never lose domain capacity you already had.

Is there a cost to raising the limit?

No cost to raise the cap. The cost is per domain you actually buy or connect (either a one-time registration for Winnr-purchased or nothing for BYOD).

What if I need more than 500 domains?

Contact support@winnr.app. 500+ requires manual approval — typically for whitelabel resellers or high-volume AI SDR operations.
