Pick Startup ($69/mo) if you'll send fewer than 2,500 cold emails per day or need under 50 mailboxes. Pick Enterprise ($189/mo) if you'll send 10,000+ per day, run outreach for multiple clients, or need dedicated IPs. You can switch plans any time from Settings → Subscription — upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the next renewal.

How to pick
The right plan is almost entirely about volume. Here's the decision:
Startup ($69/mo) is right if you're: - A solo founder or small team doing your own outbound - Sending fewer than 2,500 cold emails per day - Comfortable with shared IPs (Winnr's default — reputation-managed at the platform level) - New to cold email — don't over-buy on day one
Enterprise ($189/mo) is right if you're: - An agency managing outreach for multiple clients - A sales org with 5+ SDRs or an AI SDR pipeline pushing 10,000+/day - Sensitive to shared-IP risk and want your own dedicated IPs - Planning to use the reseller/whitelabel program - Want a personal onboarding call with the Winnr team
When in doubt, start on Startup. Upgrading later takes 30 seconds and doesn't lose anything.
What both plans include
- Full REST API and MCP server access (37 tools for Claude, Cursor, and Claude Code)
- Unlimited exports to Smartlead, Instantly, EmailBison, Salesforge, Snov, Reply.io, Woodpecker, Mailshake, SalesHandy, and 10+ other sending tools
- Domain purchase (Winnr registers on your behalf) and Bring-Your-Own-Domain
- Automatic SPF, DKIM, and DMARC setup on every mailbox
- Universal inbox for viewing replies across all mailboxes
- Affiliate program access (40% recurring)
Add-ons that stack on either plan
- Built-in warming: $0.60 per mailbox per month, per mailbox you turn it on for. Optional but recommended for the first 2-3 weeks of any new mailbox.
- Pre-warmed marketplace mailboxes: $3 per address per month. These are separate from the plan cap — they don't eat into your 50 or 200 base mailboxes.
- Email-user credits: If you need more mailboxes than the plan gives you, add credits at $1 per mailbox per month instead of upgrading. They stack additively on top of your plan's base allowance.
- Dedicated IPs (Enterprise only): $20/IP/month. Isolates your sending reputation from shared IP pools.
Switching plans
Settings → Subscription. Upgrade to Enterprise: immediate, pro-rated charge for the remaining cycle. Downgrade to Startup: takes effect at next renewal (so you don't lose the 200-mailbox capacity mid-month if you're already using it).
Cancellation is on the same tab. You keep access until the end of the paid cycle, then domains go dormant (renewals stop) and mailboxes stop sending. Nothing is deleted for 90 days after cancellation — reactivate and pick up where you left off.

Frequently asked questions
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, any time. Upgrades from Startup to Enterprise take effect immediately with a pro-rated charge. Downgrades from Enterprise to Startup take effect at your next renewal so you don't lose access mid-cycle. Neither switch destroys mailboxes or domains.
What happens if I exceed my mailbox limit?
When a new batch would take you over the plan limit, the app adds email-user credits at $1 per mailbox per month (it tells you the cost before you commit) instead of blocking you. Existing mailboxes keep working. You can also upgrade the plan if you'd rather raise the base allowance.
Are pre-warmed marketplace mailboxes counted in the plan limit?
No. Pre-warmed mailboxes are a separate pool billed at $3/address/month. They don't count against your 50 or 200 base plan mailboxes.
Do I need Enterprise to use the API or MCP server?
No. Both plans get full API and MCP access. The only API differences are rate limits — Startup gets 300 requests/min, Enterprise gets 500.
Can I get a dedicated IP on Startup?
Dedicated IPs are $20/IP/month and available on Enterprise. If you need one on Startup, upgrade first, then add the IP from the billing tab.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Not on the self-serve page. If you're doing 3-4 Enterprise seats or want annual, email `sales@winnr.app` — we usually work something out.
