Go to app.winnr.app/signup, enter your work email and a password (or click "Continue with Google"), and confirm your email. You'll land on the plan picker — choose Startup ($69/mo) or Enterprise ($189/mo), enter a payment method, and you're in. The whole process takes about 60 seconds.
What you need before you sign up
Almost nothing:
- A work email address (personal Gmail also works, but a work address gets you better priority if you ever contact support)
- A credit or debit card (or a Google account for SSO login — payment method is still required to activate the plan)
- 60 seconds
That's it. You don't need to have domains ready, know what plan you want long-term, or have your sending tool picked. All of that can wait.
Choosing between email/password and Google SSO
Two ways to sign in:
- Email + password. Standard. Works with any password manager. Good if your team shares access via a password vault.
- Continue with Google. SSO. No Winnr password to manage. Works well for solo founders and small teams. If your Google account gets locked, you lose access to Winnr until it's restored.
You can't mix and match after signup — pick one at the start. Support can help if you need to migrate later.
What happens right after signup
You'll be redirected to a "Welcome to Winnr" screen with a plan picker, then Stripe checkout, then straight to the Domains page. From there the fastest path to a working mailbox is:
- Buy or connect a domain (2-5 minutes for a new purchase; 10-30 minutes for a connect, depending on DNS propagation)
- Create a mailbox on it (30 seconds)
- Turn on warming if you're not going to send immediately (recommended for 2-3 weeks)
Two to three weeks later, the mailbox is ready to plug into your sending tool.

1. Open the signup page
Go to https://app.winnr.app/signup. If you have a referral link from an affiliate, use theirs — you both get credit.

Type your work email and choose a strong password. Or click "Continue with Google" if you'd rather use SSO — no separate password to manage.

We'll send a verification link. Click it and you're taken straight into the app. If you don't see the email within a minute, check spam or hit resend on the login page.

4. Pick a plan
Startup ($69/mo, 50 mailboxes) or Enterprise ($189/mo, 200 mailboxes). You can change plans later — nothing here is permanent.

5. Add a payment method
Card details go through Stripe — Winnr never sees the raw number. The plan activates as soon as the payment method is on file. No trial expiration to worry about.

6. Land on the dashboard
You'll be dropped on the Domains page. From here, buy your first domain (Winnr handles registration) or connect one you already own.

Do you offer a free trial?
No trial period — but pricing is monthly with no minimum commitment. Cancel any time from the billing tab and you won't be charged again.
Can I sign up with Google SSO?
Yes. Click "Continue with Google" on the signup page. Your Google account becomes your login; no separate Winnr password to manage.
What if I already have an account?

Can I have multiple accounts?
