Startup ($69/mo, 50 mailboxes, 10 domain slots) fits solo founders and small sales teams. Enterprise ($189/mo, 200 mailboxes, 40 domain slots) is for agencies and scaling sales orgs. How to decide, what the sending numbers mean, and how to switch later.
Sign up for Winnr in about a minute with your name, email, and a password, or with Google. You can look around straight away; choose a plan (card required) when you're ready to buy domains and create mailboxes.
Once your domain is Active, mailboxes take seconds to create. Pick a name and username (like sam@yourdomain.com), Winnr generates a strong password, and you're ready to warm the mailbox or export it to your sending tool.
Winnr Agent is the AI assistant built into the Winnr app. Open it from the chat button in the bottom-right corner to ask questions about Winnr or your account, or to have it make changes such as adding DNS records, creating mailboxes, or turning on warming. Every change waits for you to click Confirm.
Two paths. Buy a fresh domain through Winnr (registration and DNS handled automatically, ready in minutes) or connect one you already own by pointing its nameservers to Winnr. This walks you through both.
Winnr is a cold email infrastructure platform. It gives you 50 to 200+ authenticated email accounts on your own domains, with built-in warming, deliverability tools, and an API to plug into any sending tool.
A running list of the newest Winnr features and improvements, newest first. Winnr Agent DNS actions, cancel at period end for warming-only accounts, commission on pre-warmed referrals, AI Assistants setup, workspaces, webhooks, pre-warmed without a plan, and more.
