Pick one or more domains on the Pre-warmed page and go through the three-step wizard: Setup (keep the warmed addresses or create custom ones), Configure (at least 3 addresses per domain) and Purchase (review and confirm). Your card is charged the first month immediately, and the addresses join a separate $3/address/month subscription that renews monthly. No base plan is needed. The purchase is all-or-nothing: if the charge fails, no domain is added and nothing is charged.
The purchase wizard
- Setup. Choose Keep Pre-Warmed Addresses (take the warmed mailboxes as they are) or Create Custom Addresses (new mailboxes with names you choose). See Custom email addresses.
- Configure. Keep mode: tick the warmed addresses you want. Custom mode: enter first and last names; each address becomes
first.last@domain. Either way, at least 3 addresses per domain. Custom mode allows up to 10. - Purchase. Review the domains, address counts and monthly cost, tick the confirmation that the amount is billed monthly, and click Purchase.
Buying several domains at once is a single order with a single charge.
What happens when you confirm
- The domains are reserved for you, so nobody else can buy them mid-checkout.
- Your card is charged for the first month (number of addresses × $3). If this fails, the reservation is released and nothing else happens.
- The domain and mailboxes are added to your Domains and Email Users lists. Kept addresses keep their warming-time passwords.
- Your pre-warmed subscription is updated to the new total number of addresses.
- Warming is stopped. The mailboxes are handed over ready to send.
What you get with each domain
- The domain, with DNS already set up and managed by Winnr.
- The mailboxes you chose, marked with an amber sparkle icon in Domains and Email Users. Use the Pre-warmed filter there to show them on their own.
- Credentials you can export to your sending tool straight away.
- No minimum term. Cancel any time.
After purchase
- Billing. Settings → Subscription shows a Pre-warmed Mailboxes card with your address count and next renewal date.
- More mailboxes. Add up to 10 per domain through Add Email User, at $3/month each.
- Warming. Optional, $0.60/mailbox/month.
- End of registration. Each pre-warmed domain has a fixed registration end date. It is retired at that date unless you turn on auto-renewal.
The all-or-nothing charge
The first-month payment is fail-closed. Either the whole order completes and you're charged, or nothing happens at all. Winnr never adds a pre-warmed domain without a confirmed payment. That means:
- No half-finished purchases to untangle.
- No charge for domains you didn't get.
- If your card is declined, add a different one in the wizard and the purchase continues.

Frequently asked questions
When am I charged?
The first month is charged immediately at purchase. After that your pre-warmed addresses renew together each month on their own subscription.
Do I need a base plan?
No. Pre-warmed billing is a standalone subscription. It works with or without a Winnr plan, and changing or cancelling your plan doesn't affect it.
What if I don't have a card on file?
The wizard asks you to add one before it charges. The same happens if your card is declined, so you can try a different card without starting over.
What if my payment fails?
The whole order rolls back. No domain is added, no mailboxes are created and nothing is charged. If you bought several domains in one order, none of them go through.
Are the mailboxes ready to send immediately?
Kept addresses are ready within seconds, with the same passwords they used during warming. Custom addresses are created in the background and are usually ready within a few minutes.
Is warming included after purchase?
No. Warming stops at purchase and the mailboxes are handed over ready to send. If you want warming to keep running as reputation maintenance, turn it on like any other mailbox at $0.60/mailbox/month, on top of the $3/month per address.
Do pre-warmed mailboxes count against my plan's limits?
No. They are a separate pool, billed only at $3/address/month. They don't use your plan's email user limit or your domain slots.
Can I add more mailboxes to a pre-warmed domain later?
Yes, up to 10 mailboxes per domain, through the normal Add Email User flow. Each extra mailbox is billed at $3/month, with the first month charged when you add it.
Can I buy through the API or an AI assistant?
Yes. The API has endpoints to browse, buy and cancel pre-warmed domains, and the Winnr MCP server can buy them for you after quoting the exact price and getting your confirmation.
