As of October 2026, Instantly sells three kinds of sending accounts inside its app: done-for-you Google accounts at $5 per account per month, pre-warmed Google accounts at $10, and AirMail accounts on its own servers at $4, each plus $15 per domain per year. The alternative is to buy mailboxes elsewhere and connect them to Instantly. Winnr mailboxes export straight into Instantly and cost $1.38 each at 50 ($69/month) and $0.95 each at 200 ($189/month). Choose Instantly's own accounts if you want real Google seats, no import step and everything on one Instantly bill. Choose Winnr if you want the lower price, the option to keep domains at your own registrar, and mailboxes you can move to another sequencer.
Instantly facts below come from instantly.ai and Instantly's help center, read on October 6, 2026. Winnr's prices are on the public pricing page. Instantly is one of the sequencers Winnr exports to.
What Instantly sells as of October 2026
All three are bought from the Email Accounts page inside Instantly, and you need an Instantly plan to send from them.
- Done-for-you Google accounts, $5 per account per month. Instantly buys the domains, sets up MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC on Google accounts with US IPs, and adds them to your Instantly workspace within 24 to 72 hours, with warmup switched on once setup finishes. You can download the passwords and log in to Gmail.
- Pre-warmed Google accounts, $10 per account per month. Already warmed and ready to send from day one, on existing domains you pick from a list (they cannot be customized). Sold in batches of 5. Instantly's guidance is to start at 5 emails a day per account and cap at 20 to 25.
- AirMail, $4 per account per month. Instantly's own SMTP sending infrastructure, hosted on its servers and IPs rather than on Google or Microsoft. Instantly announced it in May 2026. Every AirMail inbox is enrolled in Instantly's premium warmup pool. Its help center sets a strict maximum of 20 emails per inbox per day, recommends 3 weeks of warmup before campaigns, and says AirMail is for B2B only: mail to personal providers such as gmail.com, outlook.com and yahoo.com is dropped. There is no AirMail login outside Instantly, and availability is limited to 5,000 accounts per week.
Rules that apply across these purchases, per Instantly's help center:
- Domains are $15 per domain per year and renew automatically while at least one account on them is active.
- Up to 5 accounts per domain, and only .com and .org domains are supported.
- Account renewals are charged on the 15th of each month; cancellations take effect immediately.
- For done-for-you and pre-warmed Google accounts, Instantly says the accounts are configured exclusively for use within Instantly, and that it retains domain ownership and administrator access and cannot transfer them to you.
- The done-for-you options in Instantly's help center are AirMail and Google; there is no done-for-you Microsoft account. You can connect Microsoft accounts you already own.
Using Winnr mailboxes in Instantly
Winnr sells SMTP/IMAP mailboxes on its own sending infrastructure, with domains, DNS, warming and a universal inbox in one dashboard. In Winnr you open Email Users, choose Export, pick the Instantly format and download a CSV. In Instantly you add accounts with the any-provider (SMTP/IMAP) option and upload the file with its bulk CSV import. The file already sets Instantly's daily limit to 15 and leaves Instantly's warmup off, so a mailbox Winnr warms is not warmed twice. Step-by-step: connect Winnr mailboxes to Instantly, or see cold email inboxes for Instantly for the overview.
Instantly's pricing says every Outreach plan includes unlimited email accounts and warmup, so connecting Winnr mailboxes adds nothing to your Instantly bill. You pay Instantly for the plan either way.

Cost at 50, 200 and 1,000 mailboxes
Monthly cost of the mailboxes only. Your Instantly plan costs the same in every column, so it is left out. Winnr is the plan price plus $1 for each mailbox above it; Instantly's accounts are a flat rate, so mailboxes × price (200 × $4 = $800).
| Mailboxes | Winnr | AirMail | DFY Google | Pre-warmed Google |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 50 | $69 (Startup) | $200 | $250 | $500 |
| 200 | $189 (Enterprise) | $800 | $1,000 | $2,000 |
| 1,000 | $989 ($189 + 800 × $1) | $4,000 | $5,000 | $10,000 |
Domains. At 5 mailboxes per domain all four options need 10, 40 and 200 domains. On Instantly that is $150, $600 and $3,000 a year at $15 each. Through Winnr it is a one-time $130, $455 (Enterprise includes 5 free domain purchases) and $2,535 at about $13 per .com, or nothing if you connect domains you already own.
Warming. Pre-warmed accounts arrive warmed and AirMail includes Instantly's warmup. Winnr's warming add-on is $0.60 per mailbox per month ($30 at 50), or you can leave it off and use Instantly's warmup, which every Instantly plan includes. Winnr's own pre-warmed mailboxes are $3 per address per month against $10 for Instantly's pre-warmed Google accounts.
Monthly cost per 1,000 daily cold sends
A fairer number than price per mailbox is what you pay each month for every 1,000 cold emails you can send per day: monthly price per mailbox ÷ cold emails per mailbox per day × 1,000. We use each option's own guidance where Instantly publishes one, and Winnr's default of 15 a day (its range is 10 to 20 cold per mailbox).
| Option | Per mailbox / month | Cold emails / mailbox / day | Monthly cost per 1,000 daily cold sends |
|---|---|---|---|
| Winnr, 50 mailboxes | $1.38 | 15 | $92.00 |
| Winnr, 200 mailboxes | $0.95 | 15 | $63.00 |
| Winnr, 1,000 mailboxes | $0.99 | 15 | $65.93 |
| Instantly AirMail | $4.00 | 20 (its strict maximum) | $200.00 |
| Instantly DFY Google | $5.00 | 15 (no published figure; same as Winnr) | $333.33 |
| Instantly pre-warmed Google | $10.00 | 25 (top of its 20 to 25 cap) | $400.00 |
Winnr: 200 mailboxes at 15 a day, $189 a month on Enterprise, 40 domains. AirMail: 150 accounts at 20 a day, $600 a month, 30 domains at $15 a year. DFY Google: 200 accounts at 15 a day, $1,000 a month, 40 domains at $15 a year. Your Instantly plan is the same in all three.
When Instantly's own accounts are the better fit
- You want Google seats. If your team wants Gmail accounts, or your list is mostly Google-hosted companies and you want to send from Google, DFY or pre-warmed Google accounts give you that. Winnr does not sell Google Workspace accounts.
- You want one bill and no import step. Instantly's accounts appear in your workspace already connected, and AirMail has no separate tool or credentials to manage.
- You only ever send from Instantly, so portability to another sequencer does not matter to you.
- You need a very small number. 5 DFY Google accounts are $25 a month plus a $15 domain, less than Winnr's $69 Startup plan.
- You want pre-warmed Google accounts rather than pre-warmed SMTP mailboxes.
When Winnr is the better fit
- Price. 50 Winnr mailboxes cost $69 a month against $200 on AirMail and $250 on DFY Google; 200 cost $189 against $800 and $1,000.
- You keep control of your domains. Connecting a domain you already own is free and it stays registered with you; Winnr only manages its DNS. Domains bought in Winnr are a one-time purchase.
- You may change sequencers. Winnr exports to Instantly, Smartlead, EmailBison, PlusVibe and 20+ others.
- Your list includes personal addresses, which AirMail drops.
- You want more than .com and .org, or more than 5 mailboxes on a domain (up to 10 on Winnr).
- You want to automate provisioning through a REST API or MCP server, buy domains and create mailboxes from scripts, then upload them to Instantly. See buy domains, provision inboxes and upload to Instantly with the API.
- You want a dedicated IP: optional on Enterprise at $20 per IP per month. Most Winnr mailboxes send from shared, managed infrastructure.
You do not have to pick one. Instantly itself recommends mixing infrastructure types (its AirMail article suggests starting with half AirMail and half Google inboxes), and Winnr mailboxes sit in the same Instantly workspace as any Google accounts you buy there. For the wider market, see Winnr alternatives and the comparisons with Smartlead SmartSenders, InboxKit and Maildoso.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use Winnr mailboxes in Instantly?
Yes. In Winnr, export your mailboxes in the Instantly format and download the CSV, then upload it in Instantly with the bulk import for any SMTP/IMAP provider. The file sets Instantly's daily limit to 15 and leaves Instantly's warmup off. Instantly's Outreach plans include unlimited email accounts, so connecting them does not add to your Instantly bill.
How much do Instantly's done-for-you email accounts cost?
As of October 2026: $5 per account per month for done-for-you Google accounts, $10 for pre-warmed Google accounts and $4 for AirMail accounts, plus $15 per domain per year, with up to 5 accounts per domain. You also need an Instantly plan to send from them.
What is Instantly AirMail?
AirMail is Instantly's own SMTP sending infrastructure, announced in May 2026 and priced at $4 per inbox per month. The inboxes run on Instantly's servers and IPs and are used only inside Instantly. Its help center sets a strict maximum of 20 emails per inbox per day and says mail to personal providers such as gmail.com is dropped.
Is Winnr cheaper than Instantly's email accounts?
Yes, per mailbox and per email sent. 50 Winnr mailboxes cost $69 a month ($1.38 each) and 200 cost $189 ($0.95 each), against $4 per account for AirMail and $5 for DFY Google accounts. At each option's own daily guidance, Winnr comes to $63 to $92 per 1,000 daily cold sends against $200 for AirMail.
Can I move Instantly DFY accounts to another sequencer?
Instantly's help center says its done-for-you and pre-warmed Google accounts are configured exclusively for use within Instantly, and that Instantly retains domain ownership and administrator access and cannot transfer them. AirMail has no login outside Instantly. Winnr mailboxes can be exported to Instantly and 20+ other sequencers.
Do I still need an Instantly plan if I use Winnr mailboxes?
Yes. Instantly runs the campaigns either way, so you pay for an Instantly Outreach plan (from $47 a month on Growth as of October 2026) whether your accounts come from Instantly or from Winnr. Winnr covers the mailboxes, domains and warming.
