Choose Puzzle Inbox if you want real Google Workspace inboxes that send from Google's servers, you are fine with 3 inboxes per domain and 12 cold emails per inbox per day, and you would rather have a team set everything up for you. Choose Winnr if cost per email matters more: 50 SMTP mailboxes cost $69/month ($1.38 each) against $150/month for 50 standard Google inboxes at Puzzle Inbox, you can put up to 10 mailboxes on one domain, and you set everything up yourself from a dashboard or API in minutes instead of waiting 24 to 72 hours. Plenty of teams run both.
Puzzle Inbox prices on this page were read from puzzleinbox.com on October 6, 2026. Winnr's pricing is public on the pricing page. It is not "contact for pricing", and you don't need a call to see it or buy.

What you are actually buying
Puzzle Inbox provisions real Google Workspace accounts and Microsoft 365 tenants. Its own description is that sending reputation "comes from Google's and Microsoft's own IPs and signing keys", and that it does not run SMTP relays. The service is hands-on: you pay through Stripe, fill in an onboarding form with inbox names, your sending tool and (for Standard orders) your domain, and its team configures DNS, creates the mailboxes and connects them to Smartlead, Instantly or a similar tool. To keep delivery inside the 24 to 72 hour window, it asks you to disable 2FA on the receiving account or give its support address restricted access to your registrar.
Winnr sells SMTP/IMAP mailboxes that run on Winnr's own sending infrastructure. You buy a domain in the dashboard or connect one you already own, and Winnr writes SPF, DKIM and DMARC (at p=reject) automatically. Mailboxes are created in seconds once the domain is active, and you export them to Instantly, Smartlead, EmailBison, PlusVibe, Salesforge or 20+ other sequencers. Replies from every mailbox land in one universal inbox. Nobody needs your registrar login.
These are different products, and the price gap mostly comes from that: a Google Workspace seat costs the provider a license fee every month, while an SMTP mailbox on a provider's own servers does not carry a per-seat license.
Cost at 50, 200 and 1,000 mailboxes
Monthly cost, before domains. Puzzle Inbox applies a 15% lifetime discount automatically on orders of 150+ Google inboxes, which is included below. It also offers unpublished bulk pricing above 500 inboxes, so its 1,000-inbox figure is the most you would pay.
| Mailboxes | Winnr | Puzzle Inbox Google Standard | Puzzle Inbox Google Pre-warmed |
|---|---|---|---|
| 50 | $69 (Startup) | $150 (50 × $3) | $225 (50 × $4.50) |
| 200 | $189 (Enterprise) | $510 (200 × $3, less 15%) | $765 (200 × $4.50, less 15%) |
| 1,000 | $989 ($189 + 800 × $1) | $2,550 (1,000 × $3, less 15%) | $3,825 (1,000 × $4.50, less 15%) |
Domains. At Winnr's recommended 5 mailboxes per domain you need 10, 40 and 200 domains. Bought through Winnr at about $13 per .com (one-time), that is $130, $455 (Enterprise includes 5 free domain purchases) and $2,535. Connecting domains you already own costs nothing. Puzzle Inbox's Google inboxes need one domain per 3 inboxes, so 17, 67 and 334 domains, bought at a registrar of your choice for Standard orders. Pre-warmed orders include its domains.
Warmup. Puzzle Inbox's Standard inboxes arrive unwarmed, and it suggests running your own warmup tool. Winnr's warming add-on is $0.60 per mailbox per month ($30 at 50 mailboxes) if you want it; many sequencers also include warmup.
Outlook. Puzzle Inbox's Outlook 365 inboxes are the cheapest line on either price list: 1,000 of them cost $350/month. When we checked, its pricing page also showed a notice saying it does not currently recommend Outlook 365 and points buyers to Google Workspace for 2026 outbound. The next section shows why the per-inbox price alone is misleading.
Cost per 1,000 daily sends
Per-mailbox prices hide the send cap. A fairer number is what you pay each month for every 1,000 cold emails you can send per day: monthly cost per mailbox ÷ cold emails per mailbox per day × 1,000. We use each provider's own guidance: 12 cold per day for Puzzle Inbox's Google inboxes, 3 for its Outlook inboxes, and 15 for Winnr (the middle of its 10 to 20 range).
| Option | Per mailbox / month | Cold emails / mailbox / day | Cost per 1,000 daily cold sends |
|---|---|---|---|
| Winnr, 50 mailboxes | $1.38 | 15 | $92.00 |
| Winnr, 200 mailboxes | $0.95 | 15 | $63.00 |
| Winnr, 1,000 mailboxes | $0.99 | 15 | $65.93 |
| Puzzle Inbox Google Standard | $3.00 ($2.55 at 150+) | 12 | $250.00 ($212.50) |
| Puzzle Inbox Google Pre-warmed | $4.50 ($3.83 at 150+) | 12 | $375.00 ($318.75) |
| Puzzle Inbox Outlook Standard | $0.35 | 3 | $116.67 |
| Puzzle Inbox Outlook Pre-warmed | $0.50 | 3 | $166.67 |
Winnr: 200 mailboxes at 15 a day on Enterprise, $189/month, on 40 domains. Puzzle Inbox Google: 250 inboxes at 12 a day, $637.50/month after the 15% discount, on 84 domains. Puzzle Inbox Outlook: 1,000 inboxes at 3 a day, $350/month, on 10 domains.
The SMTP vs Google Workspace trade-off
Puzzle Inbox's argument for Google Workspace is real. Mail from a Workspace account leaves through Google's infrastructure and is signed with your domain's DKIM key, so it starts with the reputation Google's sending network already has. Recipients who also use Google or Microsoft see mail from a provider their filters know well. Some sales teams also simply prefer working in the Gmail interface and connecting through OAuth.
The costs of that choice are also real. Each Workspace seat carries a monthly license cost, so the per-mailbox price is higher. Google limits how hard each inbox can be pushed, which is why Puzzle Inbox caps cold sending at 12 a day and allows only 3 inboxes per domain. And Google and Microsoft apply their own policies to these accounts, so some of the risk sits with them rather than with the provider you buy from.
SMTP mailboxes like Winnr's cost less per mailbox and per send, can sit more densely on each domain, and can be created and deleted at will through an API. The trade-off is that deliverability depends on the provider's own sending infrastructure and on your domains, not on Google's network, which is why warming and pre-warmed mailboxes matter on SMTP. For a longer version of this argument, see SMTP vs Google and Microsoft for cold email and our page on SMTP for cold email.
When Puzzle Inbox is the better fit
- You specifically want Google Workspace. If your list is mostly Google-hosted companies and you want to send from the same provider, or your team wants to work in Gmail, Winnr does not sell that.
- You want it done for you. Puzzle Inbox's team sets up DNS, creates the inboxes and loads them into your sequencer. Winnr is self-serve on Startup.
- You only need a small Google test. 10 standard Google inboxes cost $30/month plus domains, which is less than Winnr's $69 Startup plan.
- You want pre-warmed Google inboxes rather than pre-warmed SMTP mailboxes.
When Winnr is the better fit
- Volume per dollar. At every size in the tables above, Winnr costs less per mailbox and per cold email sent.
- Speed and control. Domains are ready in minutes, mailboxes in seconds, and everything is available through the REST API and MCP server, so you can provision from scripts or AI agents without opening a ticket.
- Fewer domains. Up to 10 mailboxes per domain (5 recommended) instead of 3 means fewer domains to buy and manage.
- Pre-warmed without the premium. Marketplace addresses are $3/month each, show a health score and blocklist check before you buy, and can be cancelled anytime.
- No credential handoff. You never disable 2FA or share registrar access with a provider's support team.
- Dedicated IPs are available on Enterprise at $20 per IP per month if you want your own sending reputation.

Frequently asked questions
Is Winnr cheaper than Puzzle Inbox?
Per Google inbox, yes. 50 Winnr mailboxes cost $69/month ($1.38 each). 50 standard Google Workspace inboxes at Puzzle Inbox cost $150/month ($3 each), or $225/month pre-warmed, as of October 2026. Puzzle Inbox's Outlook 365 inboxes are cheaper per inbox at $0.35, but they have a 100-inbox minimum and a cap of 3 cold emails per inbox per day, so per email sent they cost more than Winnr.
Does Winnr sell Google Workspace or Outlook inboxes?
No. Winnr mailboxes are SMTP/IMAP accounts on Winnr's own sending infrastructure. If you specifically want Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 accounts, Puzzle Inbox and the other providers in our Winnr alternatives guide sell them.
Is Winnr's pricing public?
Yes. It is listed on winnr.app/pricing.html: Startup is $69/month for 50 email accounts, Enterprise is $189/month for 200, and extra accounts are $1 each per month on either plan. You don't need a sales call to buy.
Can I skip warmup on Winnr the way Puzzle Inbox's pre-warmed inboxes do?
Yes, through the pre-warmed marketplace. It sells aged domains whose mailboxes Winnr has already warmed, at $3 per address per month with no base plan and no minimum term. Each listing shows a health score and a live blocklist check. Puzzle Inbox's pre-warmed Google inboxes are $4.50 each per month.
How many emails per day can each mailbox send?
Puzzle Inbox caps Google Workspace inboxes at 12 cold plus 12 warmup emails a day and Outlook 365 inboxes at 3 cold plus 3 warmup. Winnr recommends 10 to 20 cold emails per mailbox per day, with the total including warming at 50 or under.
Can I use my own domains with both?
Puzzle Inbox provisions Standard inboxes on a domain you buy from any registrar, with registrar access or a sub-account given to its team. Pre-warmed inboxes always run on its own domains. On Winnr, connecting a domain you already own is free (you point the nameservers or add the records yourself), and you can also buy domains in the app as a one-time purchase, about $13 for a .com.
