Short answer

Choose Premium Inboxes if you want official Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inboxes built for you by a team: you list your own domains on an intake form, and its engineers configure DNS, create the accounts, upload them to your sequencer and start warmup, with delivery in 12 hours. Choose Winnr if you would rather do it yourself in minutes and pay far less per mailbox: 50 Winnr SMTP mailboxes cost $69/month against $175/month at Premium Inboxes, and you can buy domains inside Winnr instead of sourcing them elsewhere.

Premium Inboxes figures were read from premiuminboxes.com on October 6, 2026. Winnr's are on the pricing page.

Done for you vs do it yourself

This is the real difference between the two, more than the mailbox type.

Premium Inboxes is a service. You buy inboxes, spend a couple of minutes on an intake form listing your domains, and give its team access. From there, by its own description, engineers manually configure and verify every SPF, DKIM and DMARC record ("we don't rely on blind automation"), create the accounts with profile photos and forwarding rules, upload them directly into Smartlead or Instantly, and start the warmup. Every tier includes a real-time dashboard; the 250+ tier adds 24-hour health checks and alerts, and the 1,250+ tier adds a dedicated account manager and a Slack channel. For teams with no one to own infrastructure, that is worth paying for.

Winnr is a self-serve product. Buying a domain in the dashboard registers it and writes DNS automatically; connecting your own domain takes a nameserver change. Mailboxes are created in minutes, singly or in bulk, and exported to Instantly, Smartlead, EmailBison, PlusVibe, Salesforge and 20+ other sequencers. Everything is also in the REST API and MCP server, so you can provision mailboxes from your own scripts or AI agents. Enterprise adds white-glove domain setup and phone, WhatsApp and Slack support for teams that want a human involved.

One practical consequence: with Premium Inboxes you need to source the domains first, at about one domain per 3 inboxes. With Winnr you can buy them in the same place you create the mailboxes.

Cost at 50, 200 and 1,000 mailboxes

MailboxesWinnr / monthPremium Inboxes / month (monthly)Premium Inboxes / month (annual, 20% off)
50$69$175 (50 × $3.50)$140
200$189$700 (200 × $3.50)$560
1,000$989$3,000 (1,000 × $3.00)$2,400

Domains. Premium Inboxes needs about 17, 67 and 334 domains for these sizes, bought from a registrar of your choice and kept in your own account. Winnr's recommended 5 mailboxes per domain means 10, 40 and 200 domains, either connected free or bought through Winnr at about $13 per .com as a one-time purchase ($130, $455 after Enterprise's 5 free purchases, and $2,535).

Warmup. Premium Inboxes starts warmup inside your sequencer. Winnr's warming add-on is $0.60 per mailbox per month if you want Winnr to run it ($30 at 50 mailboxes), or you can use your sequencer's warmup instead.

Winnr has no annual discount, so even against Premium Inboxes' annual price, Winnr costs about half at 50 mailboxes and about a third at 200.

Cost per 1,000 daily sends

Premium Inboxes does not publish a per-inbox daily figure on its pricing page, so we compare at the same 15 emails per mailbox per day, which is Winnr's default recommendation. At an equal pace, cost per send tracks price per mailbox.

MailboxesWinnrPremium Inboxes (monthly)Premium Inboxes (annual)
50 (750 emails/day)$92.00$233.33$186.67
200 (3,000 emails/day)$63.00$233.33$186.67
1,000 (15,000 emails/day)$65.93$200.00$160.00

If you run Google or Microsoft inboxes at a higher daily volume than 15, Premium Inboxes' cost per send falls in proportion. Winnr's guidance stays at 10 to 20 cold emails per mailbox, with the total including warming at 50 or under.

What "premium" buys you

Premium Inboxes' case rests on three things: official Google and Microsoft business accounts (it says it never uses "cracked" or "farmed" accounts), human verification of every DNS record, and the option to split volume across Google and Microsoft so you are not dependent on one provider. All three are reasonable. Official Workspace and Microsoft 365 accounts send through those providers' networks, which is the main reason teams pay three times more per mailbox than for SMTP.

What you give up is cost and speed. Each mailbox carries a license fee, domains hold only about 3 inboxes each, and every change goes through a team rather than an API call. SMTP mailboxes like Winnr's cost less per send and can be created, deleted and moved on demand; their reputation rests on the provider's sending infrastructure and your domains, which is why warming and pre-warmed mailboxes matter. Which one fits

Premium Inboxes is the better fit if

  • You want official Google or Microsoft 365 accounts
  • You want a team to build and upload everything for you
  • You already own the domains and want them to stay in your registrar account
  • You will pay annually for 20% off
  • You want a fully managed operations team (its $7,500/month tier)

Winnr is the better fit if

  • You want mailboxes live in minutes, not hours
  • You want to buy domains and create mailboxes in one place
  • You want to automate provisioning through an API or AI agent
  • Cost per mailbox and per email decides it
  • You want pre-warmed mailboxes you can buy and cancel on your own

Frequently asked questions

Is Winnr cheaper than Premium Inboxes?

Yes, per mailbox. As of October 2026 Premium Inboxes charges $3.50 per inbox per month for 1 to 249 inboxes, $3.00 for 250 to 1,249 and $2.80 above that, with 20% off on annual billing and domains not included. Winnr is $69/month for 50 mailboxes, $189 for 200 and $989 for 1,000.

Does Premium Inboxes sell domains?

No. Its FAQ says you bring your own domains from any registrar, about one domain per 3 inboxes, and give its team access. Winnr lets you do either: connect domains you own for free, or buy them in the app as a one-time purchase, about $13 for a .com.

Will Winnr set everything up for me like Premium Inboxes does?

On Enterprise ($189/month), Winnr includes white-glove domain setup for domains at common registrars such as Cloudflare, Namecheap and Spaceship, plus phone, WhatsApp and Slack support. On Startup, setup is self-serve: buying a domain configures DNS automatically and mailboxes are created in minutes, so there is little to hand off.

How fast is each one?

Premium Inboxes delivers accounts to your sending platform in 12 hours on its standard package, or 6 hours with an upgrade. On Winnr, a purchased domain is usually ready in a few minutes and mailboxes are created in minutes after that. A domain you connect by nameserver depends on DNS propagation.

Can I cancel either at any time?

Yes. Premium Inboxes lets you cancel from its portal; service runs to the end of the billing period with no partial refunds. Winnr is monthly with no minimum term, and if you ask, Winnr refunds your most recent month.
