The rules behind every article, guide and comparison page on winnr.app: who writes them, where the facts come from, how we correct mistakes, and the conflict of interest you should keep in mind.
Pages on winnr.app are written and reviewed by the Winnr Deliverability Team: the people who build and run Winnr's sending infrastructure, domains, DNS and warming, and who answer customers' deliverability questions every day. We publish under the team's name rather than an individual's.
Nothing is published until it has been checked against the product itself, the help center and every source it cites.
Product details come from the app and the help center, and prices match our pricing page. If a feature is not something a customer can use today, we do not describe it.
Competitor prices, limits and features come from the competitor's own public website, usually its pricing page or documentation. We check them on a specific date, label them "as of" that month, and link the page we used. We do not take competitor facts from third-party review sites, forum posts or memory. If we cannot verify something on the vendor's own site, we leave it out.
Comparison pages also say where a competitor is the better choice. Many teams are better served by Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inboxes, or by a done-for-you provider, and we say so.
For Google, Microsoft and Yahoo policies, sending limits and deadlines, we link the provider's own documentation or announcement, such as Microsoft Learn or the Exchange Team blog, and give the date of the change.
Every number we cite comes from one of three places: a public source we link, our own published prices, or a test we describe in full. When a figure cannot be supported that way, we remove it rather than soften it.
The test we have published is a reply-rate comparison across 501,000 cold emails sent from 117 branded and 161 generic sending domains, written up in generic vs branded domains for cold email. We do not present seed tests, screenshots or anecdotes as measured results.
When a page does arithmetic, such as cost per mailbox or cost per 1,000 emails, it states the inputs (prices, mailbox counts, emails per day, days per month) so you can check the result or redo it with your own numbers, for example in the cold email calculator.
If you find something wrong on any page, including a competitor who believes we have misstated their product or price, email info@winnr.app with the page address and what needs fixing, and a link to the source if you have one. We review every report.
When we fix a factual error that changes what a page tells you, we correct the page and add a dated correction note near the top saying what was wrong. Small fixes such as typos, broken links and wording are made without a note.
Every article and guide shows the date it was last updated, and that date changes only when the content does. Pages that quote prices, our own or a competitor's, are rechecked whenever they are edited. When a vendor changes its pricing or a provider changes its rules, we update the page and its date.
Winnr sells cold email infrastructure: domains, mailboxes, warming and pre-warmed domains. Our comparison pages are written by us, about our competitors, on our own website. Read them with that in mind. We try to earn your trust by citing competitors' own pages, dating every claim and saying plainly when another product fits you better.
