Cheap Inboxes' tiers and domain prices
Cheap Inboxes uses volume tiers rather than plans. The whole order is priced at the tier your mailbox count falls in (its estimator shows 25 mailboxes as "$3.5/mailbox/mo, 1 to 99 tier", $87.50 in total). Google and Microsoft inboxes cost the same.
Domains are not included in the mailbox price. They start at $2.50/year, and when we checked, bundle deals listed .com at $9.99/year, .co at $5.99/year and .pro at $2.99/year. Bringing domains from another registrar is free, domains bought there include WHOIS privacy, and you can transfer a domain away with an EPP code once it is 60 days old.
Winnr's model is plans plus a flat $1 per extra mailbox. Startup ($69/month) includes 50 email accounts and 10 domain slots; Enterprise ($189/month) includes 200 accounts, 40 domain slots, 5 free domain purchases and dedicated IPs as an option. Domain slots are free to raise in Settings, so they are not a paid limit. Domains bought through Winnr are a one-time purchase, about $13 for a .com.
Cost at 50, 200 and 1,000 mailboxes
| Mailboxes | Winnr / month | Cheap Inboxes / month | Winnr domains (5 per domain) | Cheap Inboxes domains (3 per domain) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 50 | $69 | $175 (50 × $3.50) | 10 .com: $130 one-time | 17 .com: about $170/year at $9.99 |
| 200 | $189 | $650 (200 × $3.25) | 40 .com: $455 one-time (5 free) | 67 .com: about $669/year |
| 1,000 | $989 | $2,800 (1,000 × $2.80) | 200 .com: $2,535 one-time | 334 .com: about $3,337/year |
Domain columns assume .com on both sides and each provider's suggested mailboxes per domain. Cheaper extensions bring Cheap Inboxes' domain bill down a lot (from $2.50/year), and on either provider you can bring domains you already own for free. Winnr's optional warming add-on adds $0.60 per mailbox per month.
One honest caveat on the 1,000-mailbox line: at that size Winnr is $189 for the Enterprise plan plus $800 of extra mailbox credits. Cheap Inboxes' $2.80 tier starts at exactly 1,000, so just below it (999 mailboxes) you would pay $3.00 each.
Cost per 1,000 daily sends at the same pace
This comparison is unusually clean, because both providers plan around the same daily volume: Cheap Inboxes' calculator defaults to 15 emails per mailbox per day, and Winnr's default is 15 cold emails per mailbox per day. So cost per send simply follows price per mailbox.
| Mailboxes | Daily emails at 15 each | Winnr per 1,000 daily sends | Cheap Inboxes per 1,000 daily sends |
|---|---|---|---|
| 50 | 750 | $92.00 | $233.33 |
| 200 | 3,000 | $63.00 | $216.67 |
| 1,000 | 15,000 | $65.93 | $186.67 |
Some teams push Google Workspace inboxes harder than 15 a day. If you do, the gap narrows in proportion; at the same daily volume per mailbox, Winnr is roughly 2.5 to 3.5 times cheaper.
Cheap Google inboxes vs SMTP
Cheap Inboxes' homepage rates SMTP mailboxes as "okay" on deliverability with "shared IPs" and "medium" ban risk, against "great" and "very low" for its own Google accounts. The underlying point is fair: an official Google Workspace account sends through Google's network and inherits its reputation, and Cheap Inboxes isolates each domain in its own workspace, so one bad domain does not drag down the others.
Two things are worth adding. First, not every SMTP provider is the same: Winnr writes SPF, DKIM and DMARC (at p=reject) automatically, offers dedicated IPs on Enterprise, and refunds your most recent month on request, which backs its 90% deliverability guarantee. Second, Google and Microsoft enforce their own rules on accounts used for cold outreach, so cheap Workspace seats carry a different kind of risk rather than none.
If your prospects are mostly on Google and you want to send from Google, a low-cost Workspace provider like Cheap Inboxes makes sense. If you want the most sends per dollar, SMTP wins on cost. Many teams run some of each. More on that in SMTP vs Google and Microsoft and on our Google Workspace alternative page.

Frequently asked questions
Is Winnr cheaper than Cheap Inboxes?
Yes. As of October 2026 Cheap Inboxes charges $3.50 per mailbox per month below 100 mailboxes, $3.25 from 100, $3.00 from 250 and $2.80 from 1,000, with domains sold separately. Winnr is $69/month for 50 mailboxes ($1.38 each), $189 for 200 ($0.95 each) and $1 per extra mailbox. At 1,000 mailboxes that is $989 against $2,800.
Why is Winnr cheaper per mailbox?
Because it is a different product. Cheap Inboxes provides Google Workspace (Business Starter) and Microsoft accounts, and each one carries a license cost. Winnr mailboxes are SMTP/IMAP accounts on Winnr's own sending infrastructure, so there is no per-seat license to pass on.
Do both use the same daily sending limit?
Close to it. Cheap Inboxes' calculator defaults to 15 emails per mailbox per day, labelled moderate risk. Winnr recommends 10 to 20 cold emails per mailbox per day with 15 as the default. At the same 15 a day, cost per email follows the per-mailbox price.
Can I bring my own domains?
Yes, on both, at no charge. Cheap Inboxes imports domains from any registrar for free. Winnr connects domains you already own for free by nameserver or by adding the records yourself, and also sells domains as a one-time purchase, about $13 for a .com.
Which has better support?
Cheap Inboxes advertises 24/7 human support on WhatsApp with an average response under 5 minutes. Winnr's Startup plan includes email support; Enterprise ($189/month) adds phone, WhatsApp and Slack support and white-glove domain setup. If round-the-clock chat support on a small plan matters most, Cheap Inboxes has the edge.
