Short answer

Choose Hypertide if you want Microsoft inboxes with a native Outlook interface on your own isolated tenant, or Google inboxes at a flat $3.30 each with no minimum. Its Entra product is cheap per inbox ($25/month per domain with 25 inboxes) but low volume per inbox. Choose Winnr if you want the most cold emails per dollar: at each provider's own guidance, Winnr costs about $92 per 1,000 daily sends at 50 mailboxes against about $250 on Hypertide Entra, and at 1,000 mailboxes you pay roughly the same monthly bill ($989 vs $1,000) for about 15,000 cold emails a day instead of about 4,000.

Hypertide's two price lines

Hypertide prices its two main products very differently, and it matters which one you are comparing against.

Google inboxes are $3.30 per inbox per month at any quantity: "Buy 1 inbox or 10,000, same flat rate." That makes Hypertide one of the simplest Google options for small orders. The pricing card does not give a per-inbox sending figure.

Hypertide Entra is sold by the domain: $25 per domain per month, which includes 25 inboxes and "2,200+ monthly email sending capacity (business days)". Hypertide's FAQ says Entra runs on Microsoft's Azure servers, gives each inbox a native Outlook interface, and isolates every domain in its own tenant with its own IP. Using about 22 business days in a month, 2,200 sends is about 100 a day per domain, or about 4 per inbox.

The result is a product that is cheap per inbox and per domain but deliberately low-volume per inbox: the design spreads sending across many inboxes on one domain rather than pushing each inbox hard. That is a legitimate approach, and it also means you should compare on cost per email rather than cost per inbox.

Cost at 50, 200 and 1,000 mailboxes

MailboxesWinnr / monthHypertide Google / monthHypertide Entra / month
50$69 (Startup)$165 (50 × $3.30)$50 (2 domains × $25)
200$189 (Enterprise)$660 (200 × $3.30)$200 (8 domains)
1,000$989 ($189 + 800 × $1)$3,300 (1,000 × $3.30)$1,000 (40 domains)

Hypertide Entra is the cheapest column per inbox at 50 and about level with Winnr at 200 and 1,000. Hypertide's site does not list its domain purchase price; you can also bring your own. On Winnr, the recommended 5 mailboxes per domain means 10, 40 and 200 domains, free if you already own them or about $13 per .com as a one-time purchase. Entra needs only 2, 8 and 40 domains, which is a real advantage if domains are your bottleneck.

Cost per 1,000 daily sends

Monthly cost ÷ cold emails per day × 1,000, using Hypertide's stated Entra capacity (about 100 per domain per business day) and Winnr's recommended 15 cold emails per mailbox per day. Hypertide does not publish a per-inbox figure for its Google inboxes, so we show them at the same 15 per day.

MailboxesWinnr (15/day)Hypertide Entra (about 4/day)Hypertide Google (at 15/day)
50$92.00 (750/day)$250.00 (about 200/day)$220.00 (750/day)
200$63.00 (3,000/day)$250.00 (about 800/day)$220.00 (3,000/day)
1,000$65.93 (15,000/day)$250.00 (about 4,000/day)$220.00 (15,000/day)
Same daily volume, side by side

To send about 4,000 cold emails a day: Hypertide Entra needs about 40 domains and 1,000 inboxes for $1,000/month. Winnr needs about 267 mailboxes on about 54 domains for $256/month ($189 + 67 × $1).

Azure, Google and SMTP: the trade-off

Hypertide's argument for Entra is that Microsoft's Azure servers are the same ones large companies use, so mail from them carries Microsoft's reputation, and its FAQ says Entra outperforms other solutions on stability and deliverability. Its Google inboxes similarly send through Google's network. If most of your prospects are on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, sending from the same provider is a reasonable thing to want, and some teams also prefer a native Outlook or Gmail interface.

The cost is volume per inbox and, for Google, price per inbox. Microsoft and Google also set their own rules for accounts used in cold outreach. SMTP mailboxes like Winnr's carry no per-seat license and can be run at 10 to 20 cold emails each, so they deliver more sends per dollar; their reputation rests on the provider's sending infrastructure and your domains, which is why Winnr builds in warming and sells pre-warmed mailboxes. Our Azure inboxes article covers the risks of high-density Microsoft setups in more detail, and SMTP for cold email covers the SMTP side.

Which one fits

Hypertide is the better fit if

  • You want Microsoft inboxes with a native Outlook interface
  • You want a unique domain and IP per tenant
  • You want Google inboxes in any quantity at one flat price
  • You want to use very few domains for many inboxes
  • You need unlimited team seats and agency workspaces

Winnr is the better fit if

  • You want the most cold emails per dollar
  • You want mailboxes live in minutes rather than hours
  • You want warming built in and pre-warmed mailboxes at $3/address
  • You want one universal inbox for replies across every mailbox
  • You want the option of dedicated IPs at $20/IP/month

Many senders run both: Microsoft inboxes for Microsoft-hosted prospects and SMTP for the rest of the volume. For other Microsoft and Azure options, see Winnr vs Inframail and the full list of Winnr alternatives.

Frequently asked questions

Is Hypertide Entra cheaper than Winnr?

Per inbox, it can be. As of October 2026 a Hypertide Entra domain is $25/month with 25 inboxes, so $1 per inbox, against $1.38 per mailbox on Winnr's Startup plan. Per email it is not: Hypertide lists 2,200+ monthly sends per Entra domain on business days (about 100 a day per domain, or about 4 per inbox), while Winnr recommends 15 cold emails per mailbox per day. That works out to about $250 per 1,000 daily sends on Entra against $92 on Winnr Startup.

What is Hypertide Entra?

Hypertide's Microsoft product. Its FAQ describes it as running on Microsoft's Azure servers, with a native Outlook interface for each inbox and tenant separation that gives every domain its own unique domain and IP. You buy it per domain: $25/month for 25 inboxes.

Does Winnr sell Google or Microsoft inboxes?

No. Winnr mailboxes are SMTP/IMAP accounts on Winnr's own sending infrastructure. If you specifically need Google or Microsoft inboxes, Hypertide sells both, and our Winnr alternatives guide lists other options.

How long does setup take?

Hypertide says its automated setup takes 4 to 6 hours and uploads the inboxes to your sending tool. On Winnr, a purchased domain is usually ready in a few minutes and mailboxes are created in minutes after that.

Does either offer a free trial or require a contract?

Neither offers a free trial, and neither requires a contract. Hypertide is month to month and can be cancelled from its web app. Winnr is monthly with no minimum term; you can create an account without a card, but mailboxes need a paid plan, and Winnr refunds your most recent month if you ask.
