Short answer

Choose Primeforge if you want genuine Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes with self-serve automation, you want to match your prospects' email provider, or you already run Salesforge. Choose Winnr if you want lower cost per mailbox and per send on SMTP: 50 mailboxes cost $69/month on Winnr against $225/month on Primeforge's monthly billing, and 1,000 cost $989 against $3,609, before domains. Primeforge's own advice is to use two or more providers (it suggests pairing Primeforge with an SMTP product), so the two can also work together.

Primeforge figures below come from its pricing calculator, homepage and help center, checked on October 6, 2026. Winnr's figures are from the Winnr pricing page.

Where Primeforge sits in the Forge stack

Primeforge is one of three infrastructure products from Salesforge. Primeforge sells Google and Microsoft mailboxes. Mailforge sells mailboxes on shared SMTP infrastructure. Infraforge sells private SMTP infrastructure with dedicated IPs. Each is a separate subscription, and Primeforge's pricing page recommends combining Primeforge with Mailforge or Infraforge "for best deliverability" so you always have a mailbox that matches the prospect's provider.

So the closest like-for-like product to Winnr in that family is Mailforge, not Primeforge. If you are comparing SMTP to SMTP, read Winnr vs Mailforge. This page is for the more common question: should I pay for Google and Microsoft mailboxes at all, or run cold email on SMTP?

Primeforge's pitch rests on "ESP matching": sending from Google to Google-hosted prospects and from Microsoft to Microsoft-hosted ones. It also emphasizes full ownership of domains and mailboxes, 30-minute automated setup, profile pictures and GIFs on mailboxes, and Super Admin and Gmail API access on Google accounts. Those are real advantages over setting up Google or Microsoft accounts by hand, and over SMTP if provider matching is what you want.

Cost at 50, 200 and 1,000 mailboxes

Primeforge numbers are what its calculator showed for these mailbox counts on monthly billing (yearly billing in brackets). Domains are shown separately because the two price them differently.

50$69 (Startup)$225 ($188 yearly)10 at 5 per domain: $130 one-time17 .com: $238/year
200$189 (Enterprise)$881 ($734 yearly)40: $455 one-time (5 included free)67 .com: $938/year
1,000$989 ($189 + 800 × $1)$3,609 ($3,008 yearly)200: $2,535 one-time334 .com: $4,676/year

Winnr domain figures assume about $13 per .com bought through Winnr. Connecting domains you already own is free on both. If you add Winnr's warming add-on, add $0.60 per mailbox per month ($30, $120 and $600). Primeforge's slot model means you pay for the slots you buy, so size them carefully; Winnr's plans include a fixed number of mailboxes, and domain slots cost nothing to raise.

Cost per 1,000 daily sends

Google and Microsoft mailboxes are usually run at higher daily volumes than SMTP mailboxes, so the per-mailbox gap overstates the per-send gap. Here is monthly cost per mailbox ÷ emails per mailbox per day × 1,000, using Primeforge's recommended 30 per day (and 50, the top of the range on its pre-warmed page) and Winnr's recommended 15 cold per day.

MailboxesWinnr at 15/dayPrimeforge at 30/dayPrimeforge at 50/day
50$92.00$150.00$90.00
200$63.00$146.83$88.10
1,000$65.93$120.30$72.18

Read this honestly: at Primeforge's recommended 30 a day Winnr costs less per send at every size, but if you can send 50 a day from every Primeforge mailbox, the per-send cost at 50 mailboxes is about the same as Winnr's. The difference is larger at 200 mailboxes and at Primeforge's recommended 30 a day. You also need roughly 2 to 3 times as many Winnr mailboxes for the same daily volume, which Winnr's pricing absorbs: 3,000 cold emails a day is 200 Winnr mailboxes ($189) or 60 to 100 Primeforge mailboxes ($270 to $450 at $4.50, plus 20 to 34 domains a year).

Pre-warmed mailboxes

Both sell mailboxes that have already been warmed, so you can skip the usual two to three weeks.

The difference is the mailbox type again: Primeforge's pre-warmed mailboxes are Google or Microsoft accounts; Winnr's are SMTP mailboxes.

Google and Microsoft vs SMTP

What you get from Primeforge's Google and Microsoft mailboxes is the provider's sending network and reputation, plus the option to match each prospect's provider. Some teams selling into Google and Microsoft shops prefer that, and it is a legitimate reason to pay more per mailbox. The price is a per-seat license on every mailbox, fewer mailboxes per domain, and dependence on how Google and Microsoft treat accounts used for cold outreach.

What you get from SMTP is cost and control: more mailboxes per domain, no per-seat license, and mailboxes you can create and delete through an API. Deliverability rests on the provider's sending infrastructure and your domains, so warmup or pre-warmed mailboxes are worth using. See SMTP for cold email and our Google Workspace alternative page for the longer version.

Frequently asked questions

Is Winnr cheaper than Primeforge?

Per mailbox, yes, by roughly 3 to 5 times. As of October 2026 Primeforge's own calculator quotes $225/month for 50 mailboxes, $881 for 200 and $3,609 for 1,000 on monthly billing, plus .com domains at $14/year. Winnr is $69, $189 and $989. Per email sent the gap is smaller, because Primeforge recommends 30 emails per mailbox per day (its pre-warmed page says 30 to 50) and Winnr recommends 15 cold emails per mailbox per day.

Does Primeforge have an SMTP option?

Not under the Primeforge name. Primeforge is the Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 product in Salesforge's Forge stack. Mailforge (shared infrastructure) and Infraforge (private infrastructure with dedicated IPs) are its sister SMTP products, each with its own subscription. We compare those in Winnr vs Mailforge and Winnr vs Infraforge.

Can I use Winnr mailboxes in Salesforge?

Yes. Winnr exports mailboxes in Salesforge's CSV layout, and you upload the file with Salesforge's bulk connect. The same export screen covers Instantly, Smartlead, EmailBison, PlusVibe and other sequencers. See Connect Winnr mailboxes to Salesforge.

Does Winnr have annual billing like Primeforge?

No. Winnr plans and add-ons are billed monthly only, with no annual plan and no minimum commitment. Primeforge offers two months free on mailboxes when you pay yearly, with no discount on domains.

How do pre-warmed mailboxes compare?

Primeforge's help center lists pre-warmed mailboxes as an add-on at $9.00 per mailbox per month for 1 to 100 mailboxes, with .com domains at $18/year, a minimum of 4 domains and 3 mailboxes per domain. Winnr's pre-warmed marketplace is $3 per address per month with no separate domain fee, no base plan and no minimum term.

Should I use Primeforge and Winnr together?

Primeforge itself recommends using two or more email providers, pairing Primeforge with its SMTP products Mailforge or Infraforge, so you are not reliant on one. Winnr can fill the same SMTP role: send to Google and Microsoft hosted prospects from Primeforge if you want provider matching, and run the rest of your volume on Winnr mailboxes at a lower cost per send.
