Email Users → Export → Salesforge. Winnr downloads a CSV with each mailbox's SMTP and IMAP credentials in Salesforge's format. In Salesforge, open Email Accounts and use the connect-via-CSV / bulk import option, then upload the file. Every mailbox appears as an available sender for campaigns, usually within a couple of minutes.
Salesforge is an AI-powered cold-email platform that connects any SMTP/IMAP mailbox and layers AI copy and sequencing on top. Winnr provisions and warms the mailboxes; Salesforge sends the campaigns.
What's next
Step-by-step
-
1. Filter to the mailboxes you want to export
Open the Email Users page in Winnr. Filter by domain, tag, or warming status to narrow to just the mailboxes for this campaign.
-
2. Click Export → Salesforge
Hit Export and pick Salesforge. Winnr builds a CSV with the SMTP and IMAP host, port, username, and password columns already mapped to Salesforge's fields.
-
3. Open Salesforge
Log into Salesforge and go to Email Accounts in your workspace. This is where every sending mailbox is connected and managed.
-
4. Bulk import the CSV
Choose the CSV / bulk connect option and upload the Winnr file. Salesforge reads the SMTP and IMAP details and sets up each account automatically.
-
5. Verify connection status
Salesforge tests each mailbox and marks it connected. Confirm every row is green before adding the mailboxes to a sequence.
Frequently asked questions
Does Salesforge read replies over IMAP?
Yes. Salesforge uses the IMAP credentials from the CSV to pull replies into its unified inbox (Primebox), so conversations from your Winnr mailboxes are tracked.
Should I warm on Winnr before adding to Salesforge?
Yes. Salesforge treats them as regular sending accounts, so warm with Winnr's built-in warming ($0.60/mailbox/month) first for best deliverability.
Salesforge sells its own mailboxes (Mailforge) — can I mix them?
Yes. Salesforge connects any SMTP/IMAP mailbox, so Winnr mailboxes sit alongside any Mailforge or Infraforge ones in the same workspace.
How many mailboxes can I import at once?
There's no hard cap in the CSV flow — export your full Winnr selection and Salesforge processes them in a single upload.
