Short answer

Choose LiteMail if you want Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inboxes with automated setup and you are starting small: its Starter plan is $37/month for 10 inboxes. Choose Winnr if you send at volume and want the lowest cost per mailbox and per email: 50 Winnr SMTP mailboxes cost $69/month, against about $162/month for 50 LiteMail inboxes, and the gap widens to $989 against $2,844 at 1,000. For pre-warmed mailboxes the difference is about half: $150 against $299 a month for 50.

How LiteMail's plans work

LiteMail sells four plan sizes, and the price is the same whether you choose Google Workspace or Microsoft 365:

LiteMail planPrice / monthInboxes includedDaily emails listedExtra inbox
Starter$3710250$3.50
Growth$9730750$3.25
Pro$2971002,500$3.00
Scale$8493007,500$2.85

Every plan adds domains at $15/year. LiteMail's comparison table describes one domain per workspace, and its marketing headline is "Starts at $2.5/inbox". The cheapest per-inbox rate published in its plan cards is $2.85 for extra inboxes on Scale.

Winnr has two plans: Startup at $69/month with 50 email accounts and 10 domain slots, and Enterprise at $189/month with 200 accounts, 40 domain slots, 5 free domain purchases, dedicated IPs available and phone, WhatsApp and Slack support. Extra accounts are $1/month on either, and domain slots are free to raise.

Cost at 50, 200 and 1,000 mailboxes

We picked the cheapest LiteMail combination for each size (a plan plus extra inboxes at that plan's rate).

MailboxesWinnr / monthLiteMail / monthLiteMail math
50$69$162Growth $97 + 20 × $3.25
200$189$597Pro $297 + 100 × $3.00
1,000$989$2,844Scale $849 + 700 × $2.85

Domains. LiteMail's calculator defaults to 5 inboxes per domain, the same as Winnr's recommendation, so both need 10, 40 and 200 domains. On LiteMail that is $150, $600 and $3,000 a year at $15 each. On Winnr, buying .com domains costs about $13 each as a one-time purchase ($130, $455 with Enterprise's 5 free purchases, and $2,535), and connecting domains you already own is free. Winnr's optional warming add-on is $0.60 per mailbox per month on top.

Cost per 1,000 daily sends

LiteMail lists 25 emails per inbox per day; Winnr recommends 15 cold emails per mailbox per day. Monthly cost ÷ daily emails × 1,000:

MailboxesWinnr (15/day)LiteMail (25/day)
50$92.00 (750/day)$129.60 (1,250/day)
200$63.00 (3,000/day)$119.40 (5,000/day)
1,000$65.93 (15,000/day)$113.76 (25,000/day)

LiteMail's higher daily figure per inbox narrows the gap, but at every size Winnr still costs less per email you can send. For the same 5,000 emails a day, you would need about 334 Winnr mailboxes ($189 + 134 × $1 = $323/month) or 200 LiteMail inboxes ($597/month).

Pre-warmed: LiteMail plans vs Winnr marketplace

This is where the two are closest in what they sell: both offer mailboxes that are already warmed so you can send from day one.

LiteMail pre-warmed planPrice / monthMailboxesDomains includedExtra mailbox
Starter$39 ($54 first month with 1 domain)51$8
Growth$99 ($149 first month with 3 domains)153$7
Pro$179 ($269 first month with 6 domains)306$6
Scale$299 ($479 first month with 12 domains)6012$4.99

The first-month price includes the bundled domains, and extra domains are $15/year. These plans put 5 mailboxes on each domain, list 25 emails per mailbox per day, and are Google mailboxes.

Winnr's pre-warmed marketplace has no tiers: every address is $3/month, the domain itself costs nothing extra, and there is no base plan or minimum term. You pick domains from a list that shows each one's health score, warming history, age and a live blocklist check, keep the warmed addresses or create custom ones (at least 3 per domain), and cancel any domain whenever you like. 5 addresses cost $15/month; 50 cost $150/month, against about $299 on LiteMail.

On LiteMail's "SMTP mailboxes" comparison

LiteMail's homepage compares itself with "SMTP mailboxes" priced at $3.5 with manual setup, shared IPs and average deliverability. That describes some SMTP providers, but not all of them. For the record, Winnr's SMTP mailboxes are $1.38 each at 50 and under $1 at 200, DNS is configured automatically, mailboxes are created in minutes, dedicated IPs are available on Enterprise, and refunds of the most recent month back a 90% deliverability guarantee.

The fair part of LiteMail's point is the provider question. Google and Microsoft inboxes send through those providers' networks, which many teams prefer, especially when most of their prospects are on Google or Microsoft. SMTP mailboxes cost less and scale more cheaply, and depend on the provider's own infrastructure and your domains for reputation. There is a longer treatment in SMTP vs Google and Microsoft and on our SMTP for cold email page.

Which one fits

LiteMail is the better fit if

  • You want Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inboxes, not SMTP
  • You need fewer than 50 inboxes: 10 for $37 or 30 for $97
  • You want pre-warmed Google mailboxes specifically
  • You want admin access to a workspace per domain

Winnr is the better fit if

  • You send at volume and care about cost per email
  • You want the API on every plan, including the entry plan
  • You want domains as a one-time purchase rather than yearly
  • You want pre-warmed mailboxes at a flat $3/address
  • You want a universal inbox across every mailbox

If you need Google inboxes at a different price point, our Winnr alternatives guide lists other Google Workspace providers, including Zapmail, whose plans are structured similarly to LiteMail's.

Frequently asked questions

Is Winnr cheaper than LiteMail?

Yes, per mailbox and per email sent. As of October 2026, 50 LiteMail inboxes cost about $162/month (Growth plan at $97 for 30 plus 20 extra at $3.25), plus $15/year per domain. 50 Winnr mailboxes cost $69/month. At 1,000 mailboxes it is about $2,844 against $989.

Is LiteMail Google Workspace or SMTP?

LiteMail sells Google Workspace (Business Starter) and Microsoft 365 inboxes, at the same plan prices for both. Winnr sells SMTP/IMAP mailboxes on its own sending infrastructure, not Google or Microsoft accounts.

How many emails per day does each recommend?

LiteMail's plans list 250 emails per day for 10 inboxes, which is 25 per inbox per day. Winnr recommends 10 to 20 cold emails per mailbox per day (15 by default), with the total including warming at 50 or under.

Which pre-warmed option costs less?

For 50 pre-warmed mailboxes, LiteMail's pre-warmed plans come to about $299/month (the 60-mailbox plan, or 30 plus 20 extra at $6), with extra domains at $15/year. 50 addresses on Winnr's pre-warmed marketplace cost $150/month at $3 each, with no domain fee and no base plan. LiteMail's are Google mailboxes; Winnr's are SMTP mailboxes.

Do I have to sign a contract with either?

No. LiteMail says no contracts and cancel anytime. Winnr bills monthly, has no annual plan or minimum term, and refunds your most recent month if you ask.
