Short answer

SmartSenders is the mailbox marketplace inside Smartlead: you buy domains and Google, Outlook or SMTP mailboxes from third-party vendors without leaving Smartlead, on Smartlead's bill. As of October 2026 its pricing page lists fresh mailboxes at $3.99 to $5 per month and pre-warmed ones at $9, plus $13 to $19 per domain per year, and Smartlead's help center says they cannot be transferred or used outside Smartlead. Winnr mailboxes export to Smartlead in a ready-made CSV and cost $1.38 each at 50 ($69/month) and $0.95 each at 200 ($189/month). Choose SmartSenders for Google or Outlook mailboxes bought in two clicks inside Smartlead. Choose Winnr for a lower price per mailbox and mailboxes you can take to another sequencer.

Facts about SmartSenders below come from smartlead.ai and Smartlead's help center, read on October 6, 2026, plus two third-party reviews where we say so. Winnr's prices are on the public pricing page. Smartlead is one of the sequencers Winnr exports to.

What SmartSenders is

Smartlead describes SmartSenders as a "seamless experience to buy and setup your favourite Google, Outlook, and SMTP mailboxes in 2 clicks". Its help center says you purchase domains and email accounts "through Smartlead's marketplace from different ESPs", from pre-vetted vendors, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured automatically. Each option on the pricing page is labelled with the vendor that powers it.

Two outside reviews describe it the same way. InboxKit, which is itself one of the vendors, calls SmartSenders "a procurement layer inside the Smartlead sequencer that resells mailboxes from third-party providers", with Smartlead handling checkout, connection and billing while the vendor supplies the mailboxes and DNS. Growth Hack Suite's review (which uses affiliate links) notes that the mailboxes arrive configured but still need warmup before a real campaign.

SmartSenders vendors and prices as of October 2026

From the SmartSenders section of smartlead.ai/pricing. Mailboxes are billed monthly and domains yearly.

Mailbox typePowered byPer mailbox / monthPer domain / year

Outlook, freshZapmail$4.50$13

SMTP, freshMailreef$3.99$19
SMTPAeroSend$4.20$13
Google, pre-warmedZapmail$9.00$18
Outlook, pre-warmedZapmail$9.00$18

The help center adds two options not in that table: Google or Outlook mailboxes from InboxKit at $4.50 per mailbox and $13 per domain, and Smartlead's own pre-warmed mailboxes at $9 per mailbox and $18 per domain, 3 per domain, delivered in 1 to 2 hours. Smartlead's help articles do not always agree with each other or with the pricing page (one Zapmail article lists $4 per mailbox and $15 per domain), so the price at checkout is the one that counts.

Smartlead's own plans are separate. As of October 2026 they are $39 (Base), $94 (Pro), $174 (Unlimited Smart) and $379 (Unlimited Prime) per month on monthly billing, and the pricing page advertises unlimited email warmups.

Using Winnr mailboxes in Smartlead

Winnr sells SMTP/IMAP mailboxes on its own sending infrastructure, with domains, DNS, warming and a universal inbox in one dashboard. In Winnr you open Email Users, choose Export, pick the Smartlead format and download a CSV; in Smartlead you open Email Accounts and use the bulk CSV upload for SMTP accounts. The file has no daily-limit column, so set 10 to 20 cold emails per mailbox in Smartlead. Step-by-step: connect Winnr mailboxes to Smartlead, or see cold email inboxes for Smartlead for the overview.

Mail you send from Smartlead through a Winnr mailbox goes out through Winnr's servers, including through a dedicated IP if your account has one. Our article on dedicated IPs on Smartlead vs Winnr explains which IP actually carries your mail in each setup.

Cost at 50, 200 and 1,000 mailboxes

Monthly cost of the mailboxes only. Your Smartlead plan is the same either way, so it is left out. SmartSenders prices are flat, so mailboxes × price (200 × $4.50 = $900). Winnr is the plan price plus $1 for each mailbox above it.

MailboxesWinnrGoogle or Outlook ($4.50)SMTP, Mailreef ($3.99)SMTP, AeroSend ($4.20)Pre-warmed ($9)
50$69 (Startup)$225$299.25 (75-mailbox minimum)$210$450
200$189 (Enterprise)$900$798$840$1,800
1,000$989 ($189 + 800 × $1)$4,500$3,990$4,200$9,000

Domains. At 5 mailboxes per domain you need 10, 40 and 200 domains. On SmartSenders' $13 tier that is $130, $520 and $2,600 a year; Mailreef's $19 tier and its 15-domain minimum make it $285, $760 and $3,800 a year. Through Winnr it is a one-time $130, $455 (Enterprise includes 5 free domain purchases) and $2,535 at about $13 per .com, and connecting domains you already own is free. Winnr allows up to 10 mailboxes per domain if you want fewer domains.

Warming. Smartlead plans include unlimited warmup, and you can use it on Winnr mailboxes too. Winnr's built-in warming is $0.60 per mailbox per month if you would rather warm in Winnr; use one or the other per mailbox. Winnr's pre-warmed mailboxes are $3 per address per month against $9 on SmartSenders.

Monthly cost per 1,000 daily cold sends

What you pay each month for every 1,000 cold emails you can send per day: monthly price per mailbox ÷ cold emails per mailbox per day × 1,000. We use each vendor's own guidance from Smartlead's help center, at the top of its range, and Winnr's default of 15 a day (its range is 10 to 20 cold per mailbox).
