Choose InboxKit if you want Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes with the official admin panel, or you only need a handful: as of October 2026 it charges $3.00 per mailbox per month ($2.50 on annual billing) with no plan and no minimum. Choose Winnr if you run 50 or more mailboxes and want to pay less: 50 SMTP mailboxes cost $69 a month against $150 at InboxKit, and 200 cost $189 against $600. Winnr's warming is $0.60 per mailbox instead of $3, and it sells pre-warmed mailboxes. If you came here looking for InboxAutomate: inboxautomate.com now redirects to InboxKit.

InboxAutomate is now InboxKit
InboxAutomate sold Google Workspace inboxes set up for cold email. As of October 2026, a request to inboxautomate.com returns a permanent (301) redirect to inboxkit.com, and InboxKit's own pages do not mention InboxAutomate, so we can report the redirect but not the reason for it. If you were using InboxAutomate or were about to, InboxKit is the product you land on today, and the rest of this page compares it with Winnr. Our old InboxAutomate comparison now points here.
What InboxKit offers as of October 2026
- Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes at the same price: $3.00 per mailbox per month on monthly billing, $2.70 on quarterly and $2.50 on annual. One flat rate at every volume, paid from a prepaid wallet. No plans, no slots, no minimum, no setup fee.
- Azure tenants: $30 per tenant per month for up to 100 mailboxes, the same price on every billing cycle.
- Included with every mailbox: automated SPF, DKIM and DMARC, an official admin panel per domain with 2FA, app passwords, real-time monitoring and alerts, unlimited team members and workspaces, a REST API with webhooks, 24+ sequencer integrations and US IPs.
- Add-ons: email warmup at $3 per mailbox per month, and InfraGuard monitoring (blacklist and DNS monitoring, inbox placement tests) with the first month free.
- Setup time: InboxKit says orders for Google, Microsoft and Azure mailboxes complete in 30 to 120 minutes.
- Domains: the pricing page describes mailboxes "on your own domains" and does not list a domain price. Its refund policy covers domains bought through InboxKit, so you can also buy them there.
- Refunds: its refund policy says subscription fees and wallet top-ups are generally non-refundable, with some exceptions at its discretion, and that you can cancel individual mailboxes before renewal.
- No free trial, but you can start with a single mailbox.
InboxKit is also one of the vendors inside Smartlead's SmartSenders marketplace, where Smartlead's help center lists InboxKit Google or Outlook mailboxes at $4.50 per mailbox per month plus $13 per domain per year. See our SmartSenders alternative page for that route.

Cost at 50, 200 and 1,000 mailboxes
Monthly cost of the mailboxes only, before domains. InboxKit's rate is flat, so its cost is mailboxes × rate (200 × $3.00 = $600). Winnr's is the plan plus $1 for each mailbox above it.
| Mailboxes | Winnr | InboxKit monthly | InboxKit annual | InboxKit Azure |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 50 | $69 (Startup) | $150 (50 × $3.00) | $125/mo (50 × $2.50) | $30 (1 tenant) |
| 200 | $189 (Enterprise) | $600 | $500/mo | $60 (2 tenants) |
| 1,000 | $989 ($189 + 800 × $1) | $3,000 | $2,500/mo | $300 (10 tenants) |
With warmup on every mailbox: 50 mailboxes cost $69 + 50 × $0.60 = $99 a month on Winnr, and $150 + 50 × $3 = $300 on InboxKit monthly billing. At 200 it is $309 against $1,200. Many sequencers also run their own warmup pools, so some teams skip a paid warmup add-on altogether.
Domains. At Winnr's recommended 5 mailboxes per domain you need 10, 40 and 200 domains. Bought through Winnr as a one-time purchase at about $13 per .com, that is $130, $455 (Enterprise includes 5 free domain purchases) and $2,535. Connecting domains you already own costs nothing. InboxKit's own sizing example puts 3 mailboxes on each domain, which means 17, 67 and 334 domains at a registrar of your choice.
Azure. InboxKit's Azure tenants are the cheapest line on either price list. That model puts many mailboxes in one tenant, and InboxKit does not publish a daily sending figure for it. Before choosing it, read our analysis of Azure inboxes and cold email deliverability.
Monthly cost per 1,000 daily cold sends
Price per mailbox only tells half the story. The fairer number is what you pay each month for every 1,000 cold emails you can send per day: monthly price per mailbox ÷ emails per mailbox per day × 1,000. InboxKit's sending guide sizes mailboxes at 30 emails per day each (it gives 30 to 50 as the safe range after warmup). Winnr recommends 10 to 20 cold emails per mailbox per day, 15 by default, with up to 50 in total once warming is counted.
| Option | Per mailbox / month | Emails / mailbox / day | Monthly cost per 1,000 daily cold sends |
|---|---|---|---|
| Winnr, 50 mailboxes | $1.38 | 15 | $92.00 |
| Winnr, 200 mailboxes | $0.95 | 15 | $63.00 |
| Winnr, 1,000 mailboxes | $0.99 | 15 | $65.93 |
| InboxKit, monthly billing | $3.00 | 30 | $100.00 |
| InboxKit, annual billing | $2.50 | 30 | $83.33 |
| InboxKit, monthly, at 15 a day | $3.00 | 15 | $200.00 |
If you are comfortable sending 30 a day from each Google or Microsoft mailbox, InboxKit's annual rate ($83.33) beats Winnr at 50 mailboxes ($92.00), and Winnr is cheaper at 200 and 1,000. If you send 15 a day from each mailbox on both, Winnr costs about a third to a half of InboxKit's monthly rate. Running Winnr mailboxes at 20 cold a day, the top of its range, brings Winnr to $69.00, $47.25 and $49.45.
When InboxKit is the better fit
- You need Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 accounts, with the official admin panel and 2FA. Winnr does not sell either.
- You want only a few mailboxes. 10 InboxKit mailboxes cost $30 a month, less than Winnr's $69 entry plan.
- You want to pay yearly for the lowest rate ($2.50), or you want very dense, low-cost Azure tenants and have weighed the trade-offs.
- You want monitoring in the same account: InfraGuard checks blacklists and DNS and runs placement tests.
- You buy inside Smartlead: InboxKit mailboxes are one of the SmartSenders options.
When Winnr is the better fit
- Price at 50 mailboxes and up. Less than half of InboxKit's monthly price at 50, and under a third at 200 and 1,000.
- Warming at a fifth of the price: $0.60 per mailbox per month against $3.
- Ready to send now: pre-warmed mailboxes at $3 per address per month, no base plan and no minimum term, each listing with a health score and blocklist check.
- Domains handled in the same place: buy them in Winnr as a one-time purchase or connect your own for free, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC set automatically and DMARC at p=reject by default.
- Fewer domains: up to 10 mailboxes per domain (5 recommended) instead of 3.
- A universal inbox for replies across every account, plus a REST API and MCP server for provisioning from scripts or AI agents.
