As of October 2026, every Instantly Outreach plan includes unlimited email accounts and unlimited warmup, and is priced by uploaded contacts and emails sent each month. Instantly does not limit how many mailboxes you connect, so the question is where those mailboxes come from and what they cost.
Winnr mailboxes are SMTP and IMAP accounts on your own domains, on Winnr's sending infrastructure. Buy domains in the app (a .com is about $13, one-time) or connect your own; Winnr publishes SPF, DKIM and DMARC and creates the mailboxes, 5 per domain by default. Instantly then sends through Winnr's SMTP host on port 465 and reads replies over IMAP on port 993, so replies land in Instantly's unified inbox as well as in Winnr's universal mailbox.

15 cold plus 35 warmup is 50, the most a Winnr mailbox should send in a day in total. Only mailboxes that have finished being created are exported, and the download link lasts 15 minutes. The file holds passwords in plain text, so keep it private.
Instantly builds the From name from two columns, so check them before you upload.

Winnr splits the display name at the first space. Mailboxes bought through Winnr get realistic auto-generated names, so most rows need no edits.
