Cold email inboxes
for EmailBison

Winnr can push your mailboxes straight into an EmailBison workspace, with tags, a 15-a-day limit and duplicates skipped, or hand you a CSV in EmailBison's bulk-import layout. Either way, Winnr provides the domains and mailboxes and EmailBison runs the campaigns.

Direct sync, no file Domain tags carried across Daily limit set to 15 50 mailboxes for $69/mo

Built for volume on both sides

EmailBison sells one plan: as of October 2026, $599 a month including 500,000 emails, with unlimited workspaces and unlimited teammates. At Winnr's recommended 15 cold emails per mailbox per day, 500,000 emails a month is the output of roughly 1,100 mailboxes. EmailBison is priced for teams that run hundreds of mailboxes, often in a separate workspace per client, and those mailboxes have to come from somewhere.

Winnr supplies them as standard SMTP and IMAP accounts on your own domains. Buy domains in Winnr (a .com is about $13, one-time) or connect your own, and Winnr publishes SPF, DKIM and DMARC and creates the mailboxes. EmailBison connects with the address and password over SMTP on port 465 and IMAP on port 993, so there is no OAuth flow and no app password.

Sync Emails or a CSV

CSV export

When you want to review or edit the file first.

  • Email Users, Export, choose EmailBison, Download CSV
  • 10 columns in EmailBison's bulk mailbox import layout
  • Daily Limit 15, or lower if the mailbox's Winnr limit is lower
  • No warmup column; EmailBison applies its own default

Sync Emails (no file)

The quicker route for most teams.

  • Settings, Tools, EmailBison tab, Sync Emails
  • Imports into the workspace you pick, at 15 a day per mailbox
  • Skips mailboxes already in that workspace, so it is safe to rerun
  • Can copy your Winnr domain tags across in the same run

Running the sync

  1. Open the tool. In Winnr, go to Settings, Tools, open the EmailBison tab and choose Sync Emails. Picking EmailBison in the Export dialog also shows a shortcut here.
  2. Connect. Enter your EmailBison API hostname (without https://) and an API key, connect, then select the workspace the mailboxes should go into.
  3. Choose the scope. By default every mailbox is included. Narrow it to certain domain tags or domains, for example only the domains tagged for one client.
  4. Choose the options. Decide whether to copy your Winnr domain tags across, and whether to switch on EmailBison's warmup for the imported mailboxes. The warmup switch is off by default.
  5. Run it. Click Sync Emails. A summary shows how many mailboxes were imported, skipped and tagged. Check that every mailbox shows as connected in EmailBison before it joins a campaign.

The 10 columns Winnr sends

One password column, no username column: the address is the login for both protocols.

ColumnWhat Winnr puts in it
NameThe mailbox's display name
EmailThe full email address, which is also the login
PasswordThe mailbox password, used for both SMTP and IMAP
IMAP ServerThat mailbox's mail server
IMAP Port993
SMTP ServerThat mailbox's mail server
SMTP Port465
Daily Limit15, or the mailbox's Winnr daily send limit if lower
SMTP Securetrue
IMAP Securetrue

The sync sends the same 10 fields, so this is also what the sync creates. EmailBison's layout has a single Password column and no username column: the Email doubles as the login. Leave both Secure flags as true, because ports 465 and 993 only work over SSL. Mailboxes on different domains can use different servers, so keep each row's own values. The download link lasts 15 minutes and the file holds passwords in plain text.

One EmailBison workspace per client

Because EmailBison includes unlimited workspaces, agencies often give each client its own. Winnr's side of that is domain tags. Tag each client's domains (client-acme, client-beta), then run Sync Emails once per client: pick that client's workspace and scope the sync to that client's tag. Only those mailboxes go into that workspace, and running it again later only adds what is new.

The same EmailBison tab has a Sync Tags tool. It finds your Winnr mailboxes in EmailBison and attaches your Winnr domain tags to them, so you can filter senders by tag inside EmailBison. The tags must already exist in your EmailBison workspace before you run it. More on running many clients from one Winnr account: cold email inboxes for agencies.

Daily limit and warmup in EmailBison

EmailBison's per-sender daily limit is its campaign limit, so both the sync and the CSV give it the cold value: 15 per mailbox per day, and you can keep it anywhere between 10 and 20. Warming counts on top of that, so keep each mailbox's total at 50 or under.

Pick one warmer per mailbox. If Winnr warms it ($0.60 per mailbox per month, with a 0 to 100 health score in Winnr), leave the sync's warmup switch off, and after a CSV import check that EmailBison's warmup is off for those senders. If EmailBison warms instead, switch it on and turn Winnr's warming off for those mailboxes. Warm new mailboxes for at least two weeks before cold sending, or start with pre-warmed domains that are ready the same day.

EmailBison plus Winnr, per month

A flat sequencer price makes each extra mailbox cheap to add.

EmailBison price from emailbison.com/pricing, checked October 6, 2026: one Base Plan at $599 a month including 500,000 emails, with unlimited workspaces and teammates; extra monthly email buckets are available but not priced on that page. Monthly figures assume 30 days of sending. Because EmailBison's price is flat up to 500,000 emails, the cost per email falls as you add mailboxes, and Winnr's extra mailboxes are $1 each. Winnr warming adds $0.60 per mailbox; domains are a one-time purchase.

Winnr and EmailBison: common questions

Should I use the sync or the CSV for EmailBison?

Use the sync when you can: there is no file to handle, mailboxes already in the workspace are skipped, and tags can come across in the same run. Use the CSV when you want to review or edit the file first, or load the mailboxes some other way.

What daily limit does Winnr set in EmailBison?

The sync sets 15 on every mailbox. The CSV's Daily Limit column is 15, or the mailbox's own Winnr daily send limit if that is lower. Keep cold campaigns at 10 to 20 per mailbox per day and each mailbox's total, cold plus warming, at 50 or under.

Why did the sync skip some mailboxes?

Mailboxes whose address already exists in the selected EmailBison workspace are skipped rather than duplicated. That makes it safe to run the sync again after you add mailboxes in Winnr: only the new ones are imported.

Can I sync Winnr mailboxes into more than one EmailBison workspace?

Yes. The sync imports into the one workspace you pick, so run it again with another workspace selected. Scope each run to a domain tag to send each client's mailboxes to that client's workspace.

Do Winnr mailboxes need OAuth or app passwords in EmailBison?

No. They connect over standard SMTP and IMAP with the email address and password, so there is no OAuth flow and nothing to re-authorise later.

A mailbox imported but shows as disconnected. What now?

Usually its password changed in Winnr after the sync or export. Delete that mailbox in EmailBison and sync or export it again. If a fresh copy still fails, see fix a mailbox that will not connect.
