Search, pick and pay in one wizard. Winnr registers each domain, publishes SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and creates the mailboxes in the same order. Already own domains? Connect them for free.
Cold email should never go out from your company's main domain. Every complaint, bounce and spam-folder placement counts against the domain that sent it, and your main domain also carries your invoices, your support replies and your team's everyday mail. Outbound teams send from separate domains instead, with a handful of mailboxes on each, and let the sequencer rotate across all of them.
Keeping mailboxes per domain low limits the damage if one domain runs into trouble. Winnr's purchase wizard creates 5 mailboxes per domain by default (you can choose 1 to 10), so the domain count follows from how many mailboxes you need. At 10 to 20 cold emails per mailbox per day, 50 mailboxes carry about 500 to 1,000 cold emails a day.
| Mailboxes | Domains at 5 per domain | One-time cost at about $13 per .com | Cold emails a day at 15 per mailbox |
|---|---|---|---|
| 50 (Startup) | 10 | About $130 | 750 |
| 200 (Enterprise) | 40 | About $455 after Enterprise's 5 free domain purchases | 3,000 |
| 1,000 (Enterprise + 800 extra) | 200 | About $2,535 after the 5 free purchases | 15,000 |
Domain prices vary by extension and are shown next to every name before you select it; .com is about $13. Domains you already own cost nothing to connect. Mailboxes are included up to your plan's limit (50 on Startup, 200 on Enterprise) and are $1 per mailbox per month beyond it. Use the cold email calculator to size your own setup.
Winnr registers the domain on your behalf. There is no registrar account to open and no credentials to hand over, and the domain appears in your Domains list as soon as setup finishes.
The full mail record set is created for you: inbound A record, MX, SPF ending in -all, a DKIM key and a DMARC policy of p=reject. You can add custom records or override DMARC later.
The Configure Users step creates mailboxes on every domain you buy, with realistic auto-generated names and different names on each domain so the set does not look templated.
Enter a redirect URL and every domain in the order sends visitors to your main site with a 301. Add a forwarding address and the mail your new mailboxes receive is copied to an inbox you already watch.
Add tags in the same step, by campaign or by client, and filter the Domains and Warming pages by them later.
Every active domain is checked once a day. If something breaks, the domain turns red on the Domains page and the app tells you what to fix.
On a domain you buy through Winnr, none of these need to be entered by hand.
| Type | Name | Value |
|---|---|---|
| A | inbound | Winnr's inbound mail server address |
| MX | @ | 10 inbound.yourdomain.com |
| TXT (SPF) | @ | v=spf1 … -all |
| TXT (DKIM) | dkim._domainkey | v=DKIM1; k=rsa; … |
| TXT (DMARC) | _dmarc | v=DMARC1; p=reject; … with a reporting address |
On domains you buy, these are created and maintained for you. Some domains get one or two extra records for sending authentication. Why the default DMARC policy is reject rather than none: why Winnr uses DMARC p=reject. To check any domain's records yourself, use the DNS lookup tool.

| Extension | Where you can buy it | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| .com | Classic and Subdomain Strategy | The safest default. Every filter treats .com as neutral or better. |
| .co, .net, .org | Classic and Subdomain Strategy | Close behind .com. Good backups when the .com you want is taken. |
| .io, .sh, .vc, .to | Subdomain Strategy only | Low-abuse premium extensions. They cost more per domain than the standard four. |
| .xyz, .info, .top, .ai, .app and others | Not offered | Cheap extensions are mass-registered by spammers and filtered harder by default; the rest are outside the supported set. |
Extension is a secondary factor next to authentication, reputation and sending behavior, but it is not nothing: an all-else-equal .xyz domain gets filtered more aggressively than an all-else-equal .com. The longer explanation is in our guide to the best TLDs for cold email and the TLD guide in the help center. A domain you already own can be connected whatever its extension.
Random brandable names are the default for a reason. A set of domains built from your brand (getacme.com, acme-hq.com, tryacme.co) is one pattern a filter can match with a single rule, and a problem on one of them can follow the rest. In the test we published, 501,000 cold emails from 117 branded and 161 generic domains showed a reply-rate difference of 0.00%. The data and caveats are in generic vs branded domains for cold email. Do not pay extra for a premium-name .com either: it buys no deliverability.
Connecting a domain costs nothing and the domain stays registered wherever it is today. Click Connect Domain(s), enter up to 100 domains at once, and pick one of three methods:
One caution. A standard connect points the domain's MX and SPF at Winnr. If your team already uses the domain for Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mail, connect it in subdomain format instead: Winnr then adds records only on up to 5 subdomains and never touches the main domain, its website or its existing mail. Details: connect an existing domain.
Many separate domains, about 5 mailboxes on each. What most customers pick.
One main domain with up to 5 subdomains, each a full sending domain with up to 10 mailboxes.
Both routes are fully supported and can be mixed in one account. You can also convert a domain you already have for free under Settings, Tools, Subdomain Strategy. Read the Subdomain Strategy explained or the help article.
A new domain and its mailboxes still need two to four weeks of warming before real volume. If you need to send this week, the pre-warmed domain marketplace sells aged domains whose mailboxes have already been warmed, at $3 per address per month with no minimum term. Each listing shows its age, warming days, a 0 to 100 health score and a live check against 9 domain blocklists. Whether age helps on its own is covered in aged vs new domains.
Your plan starts with 10 domain slots (Startup) or 40 (Enterprise). They limit how many domains the account holds, not what you pay. Raise them yourself in Settings, Subscription: each click doubles the limit, up to 500, once every 24 hours. You only pay for domains you actually buy, and Enterprise includes 5 free domain purchases. See increase your domain limit.
Prospects who receive a cold email sometimes type the sender's domain into a browser. A blank page looks fake; a redirect to your main site looks like a legitimate company's sending domain. Set a redirect and a forwarding address when you buy, or later for many domains at once from the Domains page. See domain redirects and forwarding.
No annual contract. Cancel anytime.
50 email accounts and 10 domain slots.
Everything in Startup, at four times the scale.
Extra email accounts are $1/month each on either plan. Warming is $0.60/mailbox/month. Domains are a one-time purchase per domain. Full pricing.
Plans from $69/month for 50 mailboxes. Domains are a one-time purchase, and DNS is done for you.
