Short answer

Choose Mailpool if you want SMTP, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 inboxes in one dashboard, an annual discount, or a dedicated IP server with unlimited inboxes: as of October 2026 its inboxes are $3 (its own SMTP), $4 (Google) and $5 (Outlook) per inbox per month, 15% less on annual billing. Choose Winnr if you want SMTP mailboxes for less: 50 cost $69 a month against $150 for 50 Mailpool inboxes, and 200 cost $189 against $600. Connecting your own domains is free on Winnr, warming is $0.60 per mailbox, and there is a pre-warmed marketplace.

Cost at 50, 200 and 1,000 mailboxes

Monthly cost of the mailboxes only, before domains and warming. Mailpool's published prices are per inbox, so mailboxes × price (200 × $3 = $600); annual billing in brackets. Mailpool offers volume discounts on request, so its 1,000-mailbox figures are the most you would pay. Winnr is the plan price plus $1 for each mailbox above it.

50$69 (Startup)$150 ($130)$200 ($170)$250 ($215)
200$189 (Enterprise)$600 ($520)$800 ($680)$1,000 ($860)
1,000$989 ($189 + 800 × $1)$3,000 ($2,600)$4,000 ($3,400)$5,000 ($4,300)

Domains. At Winnr's recommended 5 mailboxes per domain you need 10, 40 and 200 domains: $130, $455 (Enterprise includes 5 free domain purchases) and $2,535 one-time at about $13 per .com, or nothing if you connect domains you already own. At Mailpool's recommended 3 per domain you need 17, 67 and 334 domains, at prices shown in its app.

Dedicated IP. Mailpool's dedicated IP is a different product from Winnr's: $200 a month for a server with unlimited inboxes, billed on the volume you send, with a 100,000-emails-per-month ceiling per IP in its help center. Winnr's dedicated IPs are an optional $20 per IP per month on Enterprise; most Winnr mailboxes send from shared, managed infrastructure (how dedicated IPs work on Winnr).

Monthly cost per 1,000 daily cold sends

What you pay each month for every 1,000 emails you can send per day: monthly price per mailbox ÷ emails per mailbox per day × 1,000. We use each provider's own recommendation: 30 a day for a Mailpool SMTP inbox, the top of its ranges for Google (40) and Outlook (25), and Winnr's default of 15 cold a day. Mailpool's help center does not say whether its figures include warm-up emails; Winnr's 15 is cold email only, with up to 50 a day in total once warming is counted.

Reading the numbers

Mailpool recommends more emails per inbox than Winnr, so the per-send gap is much narrower than the per-mailbox gap. At 50 mailboxes, Mailpool's annual SMTP rate at 30 a day ($86.67) is slightly below Winnr at 15 a day ($92.00). At 200 and 1,000 mailboxes Winnr is cheaper per send, and running Winnr mailboxes at 20 cold a day, the top of its range, brings Winnr to $69.00, $47.25 and $49.45. If Mailpool's 30 a day includes warm-up emails, its cost per cold email is higher than shown.

Frequently asked questions

Is Mailpool cheaper than Winnr?

Per mailbox, no. As of October 2026, 50 Mailpool SMTP inboxes cost $150 a month ($130 on annual billing) against $69 on Winnr, and 200 cost $600 against $189. Per email sent the gap is narrower, because Mailpool recommends 30 emails a day per SMTP inbox and Winnr recommends 15 cold a day by default. Mailpool is cheaper if you need only a few inboxes, since one costs $3.

What does Mailpool sell?

Mailpool sells its own SMTP inboxes on shared rotating IPs ($3 per inbox per month), Google Workspace inboxes ($4), Microsoft 365 Outlook inboxes ($5), dedicated IP servers ($200 per month) and custom dedicated infrastructure, with domains, DNS setup and exports handled in one dashboard. Annual billing is 15% less.

How many emails per day can a Mailpool inbox send?

Mailpool's help center recommends 30 emails a day for its own SMTP inboxes (200 maximum), 25 to 40 for Google Workspace inboxes and 20 to 25 for Microsoft 365 inboxes. Winnr recommends 10 to 20 cold emails per mailbox per day, 15 by default, with no more than 50 in total including warming.

Can I use my own domains on Mailpool and Winnr?

Yes on both. Mailpool imports a domain when you point its nameservers to Mailpool; its billing article lists domain imports as a one-time payment, and the import deletes the domain's existing DNS records and mailboxes. On Winnr, connecting a domain you already own is free, by pointing the nameservers or adding the records yourself.

Does Mailpool have a free trial?

No. Mailpool's pricing FAQ says there is no free trial, but you can start for $3 with one mailbox. Winnr also has no free trial: creating an account needs no card, but mailboxes need a paid plan, which starts at $69 a month for 50.

Does Winnr sell Google Workspace or Outlook inboxes?

No. Winnr mailboxes are SMTP/IMAP accounts on Winnr's own sending infrastructure. If you need Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inboxes, Mailpool and the other providers in our Winnr alternatives guide sell them.
