Register new domains, connect ones you already own, manage DNS, and monitor health.
Tag, retag, enable warming, set redirects, or delete many domains at once. Select rows on the Domains page and use the row of action buttons that appears to apply the same change across everything selected.
The Purchase Domains wizard registers domains AND provisions mailboxes on them in one flow — search or generate names, configure the email users, review, and pay. Domains are a one-time cost; the mailboxes may add email-user credits. Here's every step.
Bring a domain you already own. The simplest way is to point its nameservers at Winnr so Winnr manages the whole DNS zone. If your DNS is on Cloudflare you can hand over an API token instead, and a fully manual record-by-record option exists as a fallback.
Delete a domain from Winnr to tear down its mailboxes and free up your plan's domain slot. Delete is one destructive action — there's no auto-renewal to cancel, because Winnr domains are a one-time cost. Deleted domains and mailboxes are backed up so support can restore them.
Set the apex of a Winnr domain to redirect to your main website. Set catch-all forwarding so any @yourdomain address forwards to your real inbox. Both help make burner domains look legitimate to spam filters and curious recipients.
When you connect a domain you already own, Winnr sets up DNS one of three ways — you point your nameservers at Winnr (recommended), you hand over a Cloudflare API token (for domains registered at Cloudflare), or you add the records manually. This explains each.
Winnr runs a daily health check on every domain to confirm it's still delegated to the DNS Winnr manages (and, for some domains, that the sending identity Winnr set up is still verified). This is what the health signal means, what makes it go red, and how to fix it — plus the separate per-record view on the domain detail panel.
Tag domains to group them by campaign, client, use case, or anything else. Tags become filters on the Domains and Warming pages so you can narrow either view to one tag at a time.
Instead of buying 20 cheap .com domains, buy 4 premium .io/.sh/.vc/.to apex domains and put 5 subdomains under each. Fewer domains to manage, better reputation, lower blacklist risk. Available on the Purchase Domain wizard.
.com is safest, with .co, .net, and .org close behind — those four are what the classic Purchase flow registers. Premium .io/.sh/.vc/.to are available via the Subdomain Strategy. This ranks the TLDs you can register through Winnr by cold-email deliverability and explains why the cheap TLDs aren't offered.
