Register new domains, connect ones you already own, manage DNS, and monitor health.
On any domain where Winnr hosts DNS you can add your own TXT, CNAME, A, and AAAA records for open/click-tracking domains, third-party verification, or a website. One-click shortcuts add the common sequencer tracking CNAMEs, and the Winnr Agent can make the same changes across up to 50 domains at once.
Tag, redirect, forward, add DNS records, add mailboxes, enable warming, check nameservers, or delete many domains at once. Select rows on the Domains page and use the action bar that appears to apply the same change across everything selected.
The Purchase Domains wizard registers domains AND creates mailboxes on them in one flow. Search or generate names, configure the email users, review, and pay. Domains are a one-time cost, and extra mailboxes beyond your plan may add email-user credits. Here's every step.
Bring a domain you already own. The simplest way is to point its nameservers at Winnr so Winnr manages the whole DNS zone. If your DNS is on Cloudflare you can hand over an API token instead, and a manual record-by-record option exists as a fallback. You can also connect in subdomain format to leave your main domain untouched.
Delete a domain from Winnr to tear down its mailboxes and free up your plan's domain slot. Deleting is also how you stop a Winnr-registered domain from renewing. Pre-warmed domains are cancelled instead of deleted.
Send visitors of a Winnr domain to your main website with a redirect, and forward the mail your mailboxes receive to a real inbox. Both help sending domains look legitimate to spam filters and curious recipients.
When you connect a domain you already own, Winnr sets up DNS one of three ways. You point your nameservers at Winnr (the default), you hand over a Cloudflare API token (for domains registered at or hosted on Cloudflare), or you add the records manually. This explains each.
Winnr runs a daily health check on every active domain to confirm it's still delegated to the DNS Winnr manages (and, for some domains, that the sending identity Winnr set up is still verified). This is what the check covers, where problems show up in the app, and how to fix them.
Tag domains to group them by campaign, client, use case, or anything else. Tags become filters on the Domains and Warming pages so you can narrow either view to one tag at a time.
Run up to 5 subdomains (10 mailboxes each) under one main domain. Works three ways. Buy a new domain (.com/.net/.org/.co, or premium .io/.sh/.vc/.to) through the Subdomain Strategy wizard, connect a domain you host elsewhere in subdomain format, or convert a domain you already have for free under Settings → Tools.
.com is safest, with .co, .net, and .org close behind, and those four are what the Classic purchase flow registers. Premium .io/.sh/.vc/.to are available through the Subdomain Strategy. This covers the TLDs you can register through Winnr and explains why the cheap TLDs aren't offered.
