Create, rename, and delete email users. Manage credits and per-mailbox settings.
Create mailboxes on one or many domains at once from the Email Users page. Winnr generates strong passwords automatically. Up to 10 users per batch and usually 10 mailboxes per domain.
Delete a mailbox from the Email Users page to free a plan slot. Its warming stops and its warming charge ends from the next cycle. The mail stored in it is deleted too.
Export mailbox SMTP/IMAP credentials as a CSV formatted for your sending tool. The dialog offers 21 tool-specific formats, including Smartlead, Instantly, EmailBison and Salesforge, plus a Default format that works anywhere.
Startup includes 50 mailboxes, Enterprise 200. Need more? Extra mailbox credits are $1 per mailbox per month and are added automatically when you create past your limit. Pre-warmed marketplace mailboxes are a separate pool, and most domains hold up to 10 mailboxes.
Change a mailbox's display name (what shows in the From field) or its password from the Edit icon on the Email Users page, or set one sender name on many mailboxes at once. To change the email address itself, use Replace Usernames.
Swap the email addresses on existing mailboxes. Select up to 100, enter new usernames (or generate them from a name), and Winnr deletes and recreates each mailbox on the same domain. Destructive, because stored messages are lost.
Email user templates save a set of up to 10 names and usernames so you can create the same mailboxes on new domains in one click. Manage them in Settings → Tools → Email Templates, or save one straight from the Add Email User dialog.
