Change a mailbox's display name (what shows in the From field) any time from the mailbox detail panel. To change the email address itself, use the Replace Usernames bulk action.
Swap the email addresses on existing mailboxes — select up to 100, enter new usernames (or auto-generate them from a name), and Winnr deletes and recreates each mailbox on the same domain. Destructive — stored messages are lost.
