1. Filter to the mailboxes you want to export
Open the Email Users page in Winnr. Filter by domain, tag, or warming status to narrow to just the mailboxes you want to warm externally.

Hit Export and pick Warmy. Winnr builds a CSV with the SMTP and IMAP host, port, username, and password for each mailbox.

Log into Warmy and open the +Mailbox tab, where mailboxes are added for warming.

Choose Bulk Upload and upload the Winnr file. Warmy's template mirrors the exported fields (SMTP/IMAP host, port, username, password, from-name, SSL toggles).

Warmy tests each mailbox's SMTP and IMAP connection and marks it connected. Confirm every mailbox is green before starting a warming schedule.

Where do mailboxes import in Warmy?

Can I connect IMAP-only?
