In Winnr go to Email Users → Export, choose Warmy, click Export, then Download CSV. In Warmy, add mailboxes with the Bulk Upload option and upload the file. Warmy's bulk upload needs both SMTP and IMAP, and the Winnr file includes both.
Warmy is a warming platform for building and monitoring mailbox reputation. Winnr provisions the mailboxes; if you prefer Warmy to Winnr's built-in warming, this export loads them straight in.
Sending limits
Keep cold sending at 10 to 20 emails per mailbox per day (15 is a good default), and keep each mailbox's total, cold plus warming, at 50 or under. Warm new mailboxes for at least two weeks before they send cold, and longer on a brand-new domain.

1. Select the mailboxes in Winnr
Open Email Users and tick the mailboxes you want to warm in Warmy. Search or the Domain filter help you find them. If nothing is ticked, the export includes every mailbox in your account.

2. Export in the Warmy format
Click Export, choose Warmy under Export Format (type in the search box to find it quickly), then click the Export button.

3. Download the CSV
Click Download CSV as soon as it appears. The link expires after 15 minutes, so if it has expired just run the export again. The file holds mailbox passwords in plain text, so keep it private.

4. Bulk upload to Warmy
In Warmy, start adding a mailbox, choose Bulk Upload and upload the Winnr file.

5. Confirm every mailbox connected
Warmy tests each mailbox's SMTP and IMAP connection. Check every mailbox connected before starting a warming schedule.

What is in the Warmy file?

Warmy or Winnr warming?
Use one per mailbox. Winnr's built-in warming is $0.60 per mailbox per month and runs inside Winnr; Warmy is external and priced separately. If you move a mailbox to Warmy, disable Winnr warming on it.
Does Warmy send campaigns?
No. Warmy only warms. You still need a sequencer, such as Smartlead or Instantly, for the outreach.
What connection settings are in the file?
Each row carries that mailbox's own SMTP host (port 465, SSL) and IMAP host (port 993, SSL). The username is the full email address, and the same password works for SMTP and IMAP. Mailboxes on different domains can use different hosts, so keep the values from each row rather than copying one host across every mailbox.
Some mailboxes failed to connect. What now?
