In Winnr go to Email Users → Export, choose Snov, click Export, then Download CSV. In Snov.io, open your email-account settings and choose the import from CSV option, then upload the file. Snov takes up to 100 accounts per file and rejects renamed or reordered columns, so export in batches of 100 and only edit values.

What's in the Snov file

Keep cold sending at 10 to 20 emails per mailbox per day (15 is a good default), and keep each mailbox's total, cold plus warming, at 50 or under. Warm new mailboxes for at least two weeks before they send cold, and longer on a brand-new domain.

1. Select the mailboxes in Winnr
Open Email Users and tick the mailboxes you want for this campaign. Search or the Domain filter help you find them. If nothing is ticked, the export includes every mailbox in your account.

2. Export in the Snov format
Click Export, choose Snov under Export Format (type in the search box to find it quickly), then click the Export button.

3. Download the CSV
Click Download CSV as soon as it appears. The link expires after 15 minutes, so if it has expired just run the export again. The file holds mailbox passwords in plain text, so keep it private.

4. Keep batches to 100
Snov accepts up to 100 accounts per import. For more, tick 100 mailboxes at a time in Winnr and export each batch separately.

5. Import from CSV
In Snov.io, open your email-account settings, choose the import from CSV option and upload the file. Do not rename, reorder or delete columns.

Check every account shows as connected before adding it to a campaign.

What does the Snov file pre-fill?

What daily limit does the file set?
The Daily sending limit column is pre-filled with 15, the recommended cold-sending default. Keep cold campaigns at 10 to 20 per mailbox per day and each mailbox's total, cold plus warming, at 50 or under. To change it, edit the value (not the column) before import, or change it in Snov afterwards.
How many mailboxes can I import per file?
Snov caps CSV import at 100 email accounts per file. Split larger selections into batches of 100.
Should I use Snov's warmup or Winnr's?
Pick one per mailbox. Winnr's built-in warming is $0.60 per mailbox per month; if you use it, keep Snov's warmup off so the mailbox is not warmed twice and stays at 50 emails a day or less in total.
Does Snov read replies over IMAP?
Yes. Snov uses IMAP to sync replies and campaign stats, and the Winnr export includes the IMAP fields.
What connection settings are in the file?
Each row carries that mailbox's own SMTP host (port 465, SSL) and IMAP host (port 993, SSL). The username is the full email address, and the same password works for SMTP and IMAP. Mailboxes on different domains can use different hosts, so keep the values from each row rather than copying one host across every mailbox.
Some mailboxes failed to connect. What now?
