The file has 9 columns: email, password, displayName, smtpHost, smtpPort, smtpSecure, imapHost, imapPort and imapSecure, with both Secure columns set to true. Upload it with SendKit's import for SMTP/IMAP mailboxes, then set each mailbox's daily limit and warmup there.

Check before you upload
- Secure flags. Keep smtpSecure and imapSecure at true. Ports 465 and 993 only accept SSL connections.
- No sending settings. There are no limit or warmup columns, so SendKit's own defaults apply, including whatever its warmup default is. Check both after import.
- Hosts per row. Keep each row's own smtpHost and imapHost; mailboxes on different domains can sit on different mail servers.
Daily limit in SendKit
Set the limit per mailbox after import: 10 to 20 cold emails per mailbox per day (15 is a good default), and keep each mailbox's total, cold plus warming, at 50 or under. Warm new mailboxes for at least two weeks before they send cold.

Frequently asked questions
Why is there only one password and no username?
SendKit's layout has one email and one password column. A Winnr mailbox's username is its full address and its single password covers both SMTP and IMAP, so nothing is lost.
What do smtpSecure and imapSecure mean?
They switch SSL on for each connection. Both are true, which Winnr's ports need (465 for SMTP, 993 for IMAP).
What daily limit should I set in SendKit?
10 to 20 cold emails per mailbox per day (15 is a good default), and 50 or under in total including warming.
Should I use SendKit's warmup or Winnr's?
Pick one per mailbox. Winnr's built-in warming is $0.60 per mailbox per month; if you use it, keep SendKit's warmup off so the mailbox is not warmed twice.
A mailbox will not connect in SendKit. What now?
