1. Select the mailboxes in Winnr
Open Email Users and tick the mailboxes you want for this campaign. Search or the Domain filter help you find them. If nothing is ticked, the export includes every mailbox in your account.

2. Export in the ReachInbox format
Click Export, choose ReachInbox under Export Format (type in the search box to find it quickly), then click the Export button.

3. Download the CSV
Click Download CSV as soon as it appears. The link expires after 15 minutes, so if it has expired just run the export again. The file holds mailbox passwords in plain text, so keep it private.

4. Upload and map
In ReachInbox, go to Email Accounts, add new accounts, upload the Winnr CSV and map each column to the matching ReachInbox field.

5. Adjust settings and confirm
Check every mailbox connected. ReachInbox's bulk edit lets you change sending and warm-up settings across many accounts at once.

What is in the ReachInbox file?
email, first_name, last_name, imap_host, smtp_host, imap_port, smtp_port, imap_password, smtp_password, imap_username, smtp_username, max_emails_per_day, min_delay_seconds, max_delay_seconds, bcc, cc and email_signature. max_emails_per_day is 15, the delay is 300 to 1200 seconds, and bcc, cc and email_signature are empty.
What daily limit does the file set?

Should I use ReachInbox's warmup or Winnr's?
Pick one per mailbox. Winnr's built-in warming is $0.60 per mailbox per month; if you use it, keep ReachInbox's warmup off so the mailbox is not warmed twice and stays at 50 emails a day or less in total.
Does ReachInbox read replies over IMAP?
Yes. It pulls replies into its unified inbox over IMAP, and the Winnr export includes the IMAP fields.
What connection settings are in the file?
Each row carries that mailbox's own SMTP host (port 465, SSL) and IMAP host (port 993, SSL). The username is the full email address, and the same password works for SMTP and IMAP. Mailboxes on different domains can use different hosts, so keep the values from each row rather than copying one host across every mailbox.
Some mailboxes failed to connect. What now?
