In Winnr go to Email Users → Export, choose MailLead, click Export, then Download CSV. The file has 11 columns: email, password, imap_login, imap_pwd, imap_server, imap_port, smtp_login, smtp_pwd, smtp_server, smtp_port and fullname. Both logins are the full email address. Upload it with MailLead's bulk mailbox import, then set each mailbox's daily limit there.

Check before you upload
- Column order. MailLead's layout puts the IMAP block before SMTP. Upload the file as exported rather than reordering it to match another tool.
- SSL. There is no encryption column. If MailLead asks, choose SSL: 993 for IMAP and 465 for SMTP.
- Hosts per row. Mailboxes on different domains can sit on different mail servers, so keep each row's own imap_server and smtp_server.
Daily limit in MailLead
The MailLead file has no limit column, so set it per mailbox after import: 10 to 20 cold emails per mailbox per day (15 is a good default), and keep each mailbox's total, cold plus warming, at 50 or under. Warm new mailboxes for at least two weeks before they send cold.

Open Email Users and tick the mailboxes you want in MailLead. To take one domain, filter by it and tick the header checkbox. With nothing ticked, the export includes every mailbox in your account.

Click Export, choose MailLead under Export Format (the search box finds it quickly), then click the Export button.

Click Download CSV. The link lasts 15 minutes, so export again if it has expired. The file holds passwords in plain text, so keep it private.

Frequently asked questions
Why does the file repeat the password three times?
MailLead has a general password column plus separate imap_pwd and smtp_pwd. A Winnr mailbox has one password, so all three carry the same value.
What goes in fullname?
The mailbox's display name, the name recipients see in the From field. Edit it in Winnr before exporting if you want a different sender name.
What daily limit should I set in MailLead?
10 to 20 cold emails per mailbox per day (15 is a good default), and 50 or under in total including warming.
Should I use MailLead's warmup or Winnr's?
Pick one per mailbox. Winnr's built-in warming is $0.60 per mailbox per month. If you use it, keep any warmup in MailLead off so the mailbox is not warmed twice.
A mailbox fails its login check in MailLead. What now?
