The file has 10 columns: email, name, user_name, password, smtp_host, smtp_port, imap_host, imap_port, imap_username and imap_password. Add the mailboxes in LeadEngine with its import for SMTP/IMAP accounts, then set each mailbox's daily limit there, since the file has no limit column.

Check before you upload
- SSL. The file has no encryption column. If LeadEngine asks, choose SSL for both: port 465 for SMTP and 993 for IMAP.
- Hosts per row. Mailboxes on different domains can sit on different mail servers, so keep each row's own smtp_host and imap_host.
- No sending settings. There are no limit, delay or warmup columns, so LeadEngine's own defaults apply until you change them.
Daily limit in LeadEngine
Set the limit on each mailbox after import: 10 to 20 cold emails per mailbox per day (15 is a good default), and keep each mailbox's total, cold plus warming, at 50 or under. Warm new mailboxes for at least two weeks before they send cold.

Open Email Users and tick the mailboxes you want in LeadEngine. To take one domain, filter by it and tick the header checkbox. With nothing ticked, the export includes every mailbox in your account.

Frequently asked questions
Why is there a password column but an imap_password column too?
password is used with user_name for SMTP, and imap_password with imap_username for IMAP. For a Winnr mailbox the two passwords are identical, as are the two usernames (the full email address).
Does LeadEngine get first and last names?
No. The name column carries the whole display name. If LeadEngine wants separate first and last names, split it there or edit the file.
What daily limit should I set in LeadEngine?
10 to 20 cold emails per mailbox per day (15 is a good default), and 50 or under in total including warming.
Should I use LeadEngine's warmup or Winnr's?
Pick one per mailbox. Winnr's built-in warming is $0.60 per mailbox per month. If you use it, keep any warmup in LeadEngine off so the mailbox is not warmed twice.
A mailbox will not connect in LeadEngine. What now?
