In Winnr go to Email Users → Export, choose AiCloser, click Export, then Download CSV. The file has 12 columns: an inbox_name taken from the mailbox's display name, the address, first and last name, and separate SMTP and IMAP host, port, username and password. It has no daily-limit or warmup columns, so set those in AiCloser after the import.

Check before you upload
- Inbox names. A mailbox with no display name shows up as "Inbox". Fix names in Winnr first (edit the display name) and export again.
- Hosts per row. Mailboxes on different domains can sit on different mail servers. Keep each row's own imap_host and smtp_host rather than filling one value down the column.
- No sending settings. The file carries no daily limit, delay or warmup values, so AiCloser's own defaults apply until you change them.
Daily limit in AiCloser
Because the AiCloser file has no limit column, set the limit on each inbox after import: 10 to 20 cold emails per mailbox per day (15 is a good default), and keep each mailbox's total, cold plus warming, at 50 or under. Warm new mailboxes for at least two weeks before they send cold.

Open Email Users and tick the mailboxes you want in AiCloser. To take one domain, filter by it and tick the header checkbox. With nothing ticked, the export includes every mailbox in your account.

Click Export, choose AiCloser under Export Format (the search box finds it quickly), then click the Export button.

Click Download CSV. The link lasts 15 minutes, so export again if it has expired. The file holds passwords in plain text, so keep it private.

Frequently asked questions
Where does inbox_name come from?
It is the mailbox's display name in Winnr. A mailbox with no display name gets the word Inbox. Set display names before exporting so every inbox in AiCloser is easy to tell apart.
Why are there two usernames and two passwords?
AiCloser asks for SMTP and IMAP logins separately. For a Winnr mailbox both usernames are the full email address and both passwords are the same mailbox password.
What daily limit should I set in AiCloser?
10 to 20 cold emails per mailbox per day, with 15 as a sensible default, and 50 or under in total once warming is included.
Should I use AiCloser's warmup or Winnr's?
Pick one per mailbox. Winnr's built-in warming is $0.60 per mailbox per month. If you use it, leave any warmup in AiCloser off so the mailbox is not warmed twice.
An inbox failed to connect in AiCloser. What now?
