In Winnr go to Email Users → Export, choose Plusvibe, click Export, then Download CSV. In PlusVibe, go to Email Accounts, add accounts and use the bulk SMTP/IMAP (CSV) import to upload the file. The file carries each domain's Winnr tags, and leaves PlusVibe's warmup settings blank.
PlusVibe is a cold-email platform with campaign sequencing, a unified inbox and its own warmup. Winnr provisions and warms the mailboxes; PlusVibe runs the outreach.
Sending limits
Keep cold sending at 10 to 20 emails per mailbox per day (15 is a good default), and keep each mailbox's total, cold plus warming, at 50 or under. Warm new mailboxes for at least two weeks before they send cold, and longer on a brand-new domain.

1. Select the mailboxes in Winnr
Open Email Users and tick the mailboxes you want for this campaign. Search or the Domain filter help you find them. If nothing is ticked, the export includes every mailbox in your account.

2. Export in the Plusvibe format
Click Export, choose Plusvibe under Export Format (type in the search box to find it quickly), then click the Export button.

3. Download the CSV
Click Download CSV as soon as it appears. The link expires after 15 minutes, so if it has expired just run the export again. The file holds mailbox passwords in plain text, so keep it private.

4. Check the daily limit
The daily_limit column is set to 15 cold emails a day, or to the mailbox's Winnr daily send limit if that is lower. The Winnr limit (50 by default) is the mailbox's total including warming, so the file does not copy it across as a cold-sending limit.

5. Upload to PlusVibe
In PlusVibe, go to Email Accounts, add accounts and choose the bulk SMTP/IMAP (CSV) import, then upload the file.

Check the Email Accounts list, and any import results PlusVibe sends you, to confirm every mailbox connected before running campaigns.

What is in the PlusVibe file?
first_name, last_name, email, daily_limit, username, password, imap_host, imap_port, smtp_host, smtp_port, smtp_username, smtp_password and tags, followed by PlusVibe's optional interval, ramp-up and warmup columns, which are left blank.
What goes in the tags column?
The mailbox's domain tags from Winnr, separated by semicolons. A mailbox on an untagged domain gets the tag winnr.
What daily limit does the file set?
15, or the mailbox's Winnr daily send limit if that is lower. The Winnr limit (50 by default) covers everything a mailbox sends in a day, cold plus warming, so it is not a cold-sending target. Keep cold campaigns at 10 to 20 per mailbox per day and the total at 50 or under. Change the value before you import, or in PlusVibe afterwards.
Should I use PlusVibe's warmup or Winnr's?
Pick one per mailbox. Winnr's built-in warming is $0.60 per mailbox per month; if you use it, keep PlusVibe's warmup off so the mailbox is not warmed twice and stays at 50 emails a day or less in total. The export leaves the warmup columns blank.
What connection settings are in the file?
Each row carries that mailbox's own SMTP host (port 465, SSL) and IMAP host (port 993, SSL). The username is the full email address, and the same password works for SMTP and IMAP. Mailboxes on different domains can use different hosts, so keep the values from each row rather than copying one host across every mailbox.
Some mailboxes failed to connect. What now?
