TL;DR

The Winnr marketplace now sells pre-warmed mailboxes: aged domains (typically 5-9 months old) whose mailboxes have been warming in our inventory for around 3 months, with real sent and reply history you can inspect before buying. Purchase takes one click, the domain and mailboxes land in your account immediately, and you can launch campaigns the same day. Flat $3 per mailbox per month, no separate domain charge with 3+ addresses, 90-day minimum term.

Every cold email launch has the same bottleneck. You can register domains in minutes and create mailboxes in seconds, but reputation only accumulates in real time. A brand-new mailbox needs 2-3 weeks of warmup before it can carry real volume, and there is no way to compress that — mailbox providers watch behavior over time, and time is the one input you can't buy.

Until now. We've spent the last several months aging domains and warming mailboxes in our own inventory so that you don't have to. Today that inventory is a marketplace inside the Winnr app: browse it, inspect each domain's history, and buy mailboxes that are ready to send the moment they hit your account.

How pre-warmed inventory works

The pipeline behind the marketplace runs continuously:

  1. We acquire and age domains. Domains enter inventory and sit under our management, accumulating age — one of the strongest trust signals a sending domain can have. Typical marketplace listings are 5-9 months old at sale.
  2. We warm the mailboxes. Each domain carries 5 mailboxes with full DNS authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) that exchange real email daily. By the time a domain lists, its mailboxes have months of send-and-reply history — most listings show roughly 90+ days of warming and around 2,000 emails sent.
  3. We monitor health the whole way. Every domain is scanned against 9 major blocklists and scored continuously. Anything that gets flagged is pulled and never listed. What you see in the marketplace is the survivor set.

When you buy, that entire history transfers to you. The domain moves into your account with DNS already configured, the mailboxes keep their credentials and reputation, and everything shows up in your Domains and Email Users lists like any other Winnr resource — same exports, same API, same dashboard.

What you can inspect before buying

Aged-domain sellers are not new. What's usually missing is proof. A domain broker will tell you a domain is "clean" — the marketplace shows you the receipts on every row:

Filter by health, age, warming duration, blocklist status, or TLD, and click any row for the full domain history including the sample mailboxes it comes with.

Pricing: flat $3 per mailbox per month

Pre-warmed pricing is deliberately simple:

Compare that with the true cost of doing it yourself: a domain registration, 2-3 weeks of warming at $0.60/mailbox/month, and — the real cost — weeks of waiting while your campaign sits idle. If your pipeline is worth anything, the waiting dwarfs the $3.

Keep the warmed addresses, or bring your own names

By default you receive the mailboxes exactly as they were warmed — same addresses, same credentials, maximum reputation transfer. That's the right choice for most buyers: the address itself carries history.

If your sequences need specific names (first.last@, or a consistent alias across your fleet), use the custom-address option at purchase. We provision brand-new mailboxes with your chosen local parts on the same aged domain. Fresh mailboxes don't inherit the individual mailbox history, but they inherit the thing that matters most — the domain's established reputation and age.

When pre-warmed beats warming your own

Buy pre-warmed when:

Warm your own when:

In practice the strongest setups do both: buy a batch of pre-warmed mailboxes to launch now, and warm your own fleet in the background so capacity keeps compounding. The marketplace supports multi-domain orders in a single checkout for exactly this reason.
