You can take the CSV of accounts we provide and use them with any popular sales automation tool like Apollo, instantly.ai, smartlead.ai, SalesHandy, or ReachInbox. Its very simple to import these accounts into any of these tools.

If you have our Enterprise plan, we include a smartlead.ai account for free and we are happy to import the addresses for you.

On our Startup Plan you can take the email accounts you receive to any tool on the market and import the CSV to start warming and sending with these accounts. On our Professional plan we will supply you with a smarlead.ai account and assistance to get up and running properly warming up your leads and sending outreach emails with high deliverability.

Yes you can bring your own domains. We make it easy to set up the necessary DKIM/SPF/DMARC records no matter where you purchased your domains.

Domains are an additional $1-13/domain/year. We can buy these for you or you can buy them yourself and bring them to winnr.

Winnr is for someone doing some cold email at a smaller scale, but not effectively, and wants to scale their cold email outreach and drive more leads.

Winnr is not for spammers. We won't accept customers who want to spray and pray bulk spammy emails. Winnr is for legitimate companies who want to scale their cold email outreach properly and have a genuine product to offer.

These are email authentication protocols. They are technical aspects of your email you have to set up to have good deliverability, especially since Gmail and Yahoo started mandating them as of February 2024. We take care of this for you and guarantee that all the emails you send with winner will have 100% passing, fully aligned SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.

We are experts in email authentication (DKIM/SPF/DMARC), email infrastructure, and email deliverability, so we run a tight ship and do everything possible to guarantee optimal deliverability.

Beyond that, it is very important that you follow our best practices outlined here to properly warm and scale your volume. If you do, we are confident you will be very happy with the deliverability.

Also, we don't accept spammers. If we have a spammer on our system who wants to spray and pray bulk spam, we are happy to part ways and give them their money back. These spammers typically don't user our service, because they would prefer to use an ESP that provides tools for sending in larger bulk, hundreds of thousands of messages per day.

You should send less than 50 emails per day from each account for optimal deliverability. We also recommend you keep some automated warming enabled on your accounts even while sending.

So, if you have our Startup Plan and you have 50 email accounts, you can send approximately 2,500/day, after you have properly warmed up your email accounts.

Ideally you should warm your accounts for at least 2 weeks, but preferably as long as 4 weeks, especially if you are using a newly purchased domain. This is meant to ensure optimal deliverability. If you are patient here you will be paid a hundredfold over when you are able to deliver thousands of cold emails per day and generate tons of leads.

Businesses use winnr to send thousands of cold emails with great deliverability and don't want to pay an arm and a leg to do this through expensive Google Workspace and Outlook 365 accounts. The end goal is to generate more leads, appointments, demos, etc.

We run our own infrastructure just like Outlook and Google do. But with winnr, you can set up 50 accounts in just a few minutes for less than $100. With Google and Outlook it would take you hours to do this properly and it would cost you over $300-400/month depending on your plan.
